What Your Ascension Is Really About ∞The 9D Arcturian Council, Channeled by Daniel Scranton

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are in the process of becoming our oversouls as you are in the process of becoming your higher selves, and we want you to realize how blessed you are to be making this transition, as difficult and challenging as the shift has been. We understand the process of shedding skin in order to be born anew, as we are going through something that is similar at this time. What we have come to realize is that the process is not about leaving behind our old identity as the Ninth Dimensional Arcturian Council. This is a process of becoming more of who we are. It is a process of broadening the idea of who we are and holding that knowing permanently.

And so, as you move through the more difficult experiences that you are having, and you feel that you are losing yourself in the process, remember that the experience you are having is one of becoming more, not less. Your ego can cling to who you have been. Your ego can certainly identify with that aspect of you and see it as the most significant aspect, but it in those moments it is important to remember that the process of becoming is about including more of the real self. So what you are shedding are ideas that are false. You are shedding the filters that prevent you from seeing yourselves clearly as the beings of light and love that you truly are.

You don’t have to wrestle with yourselves through this process. Instead, you want to give in to the process. You want to surrender the false self in order to become more of your whole self, and sometimes that means letting go of what you have used to identify yourself as you. It can be very hard on your pride to realize that you are not your accomplishments, your good deeds, and your status in the world. You are a part of something that is much bigger than all of those things combined and more.

And so, it is most beneficial to all of you to see yourselves as your world, as this galaxy, and as this universe of ours and to let yourselves be in the flow. This is the best possible experience you can have, and sooner or later, even your ego recognizes this as truth. Becoming who you really are is more about letting go than it is about climbing a ladder, and if this transmission is resonating with you, then you have let go of that notion and you have let go of much more that has been holding you back in your becoming.

And this will be your new way of living in the world. The Law of Abundance is now upon you.”

Quote of the Day: (2/3/13) “We are pleased to give you this status update. It is your evolution that has brought about great change in the Universe. There is more Love on your planet at this time than there ever has been in its entire history. So we say to you, ‘Well done.’ And now, we ask you to make it your daily practice to avail yourself of that Love frequency. To let it sink in. It is time for you now to stop trying and striving and hoping and simply allow what has already taken place to register within you. Your evolution will continue, as will ours. And we wish this for you – that you savor a little more and let go of any ideas, beliefs, programs, that say you should be further along. That there has been some sort of cosmic mistake. You are perfect, and so is your planet. The only thing left for you to do at this time to sit quietly and notice. Notice the movement of energy, the progress that has been made, and the awareness that you have of yourself as a Being of Love whose only purpose in life is to know yourself as that Love and to spread it everywhere you go.”

Quote of the Day: (2/2/13) “So you have explored many ways of being, and you make your conclusions based upon results. We would suggest that you look for frequency first when you are considering whether something actually works for you or not. We know that you can take something and measure it physically and say, ‘Well, you see, now there’s more.’ Or ‘Now there’s less’. And so on. And that is one way for you to quantify the effectiveness of something that you are doing. It is hard to argue with the cold facts. And yet you do not see people around you measuring their emotions. You do not see people having contests to see who can feel the most joy. You do not have a Super Bowl of Love. But when you are in harmony with that which is, you notice these things. And you can feel a difference that you could almost measure in your traditional ways. It is a perfect balance. One that you recognize when you see it in others. You notice that people who are results-oriented are also burning the candle at both ends or are unhappy in other areas of their lives. You notice that hard work leads to physical exhaustion. And so, if you were to put a price on your happiness, what would that number look like? We are getting you to think about this because there is no substitute for how you feel. There is no way to permanently mask that which you are vibrating. So do look within for your results and see that you can indeed be as rich as you can feel. Rich and full and buoyant and creative. And with a smile upon your face because you have chosen the path that leads to more and more and more – the path that takes you within.”

Quote of the Day: (2/1/13) “Focus in the direction of your highest concept of who it is you are. Begin to allow yourselves more and more to think of yourselves as higher frequency beings. You have been operating as the human being for so long that you have less and less of an understanding of yourself as a being who exists on an eternal, infinite, expanding level. You will begin to understand this idea of yourself more and more as you realize that there is no separation between you and the ones you share your planet with. It is the very foundation of who you are to recognize yourselves as a collective and to realize that you have a place within that collective. You are a driving force within it. You are not just going along for the collective ride. You play a part. We see you as beings of frequency, and we notice the differences that you experience in your frequency states…sometimes more easily than you do. It is no wonder that you sometimes get caught up in ideas of who you are and you reinforce them with your minds, but there is another way. There is a way of perceiving yourself that allows you to have the experience of One Being and being one. You will find it when you take a little time in your day to forget. Forget who it is you have been. Forget who it is you think you are. And allow yourselves to be new in every moment. Eternal, expanding, vessels of love. Quote of the Day: (1/31/13) “The places that you find most enjoyable to visit are places that you have a certain resonance with. They are very similar in frequency to the state of being that you hold when you are in a state of alignment. Because you have the ability to seek these places out in your world, you assume that they are the reason why you feel the way you do, and you return to these places as often as you can. What you really are doing in those moments where you feel completely at peace and at one with your surroundings is tapping into a vibration that is the essence of who you are. You are the same as the place you are in in that moment. It is as if there is a clicking into place that happens between your energy and the energy of your surroundings. You literally become one with your world. This is a very satisfying feeling and one that you will find easier to come by as you are guided more and more by energy, by feeling, by vibration. You will seek out these places on a subconscious level. You will not necessarily even know why you are doing it. But when you are there you will know that you have arrived, and you will let yourselves merge with the energies. It will be a literal growth experience for you, as you will expand beyond the confines of the awareness that you usually hold, which tends to end at the extremities of your physical form. Quote of the Day: (1/30/13) “There is one who understands you more than anyone else. It is you. You are the one who has all the answers. You give yourself the opportunity to discover what those answers are, but it is still you. It is always you. You are asking questions, and sometimes seeking the answers from a place of feeling desperate. When you are in this place, you will likely seek answers from outside of yourself because the self you are experiencing in that moment of desperation does not feel very wise. That is why you go to others, seeking assistance and guidance in those moments. When you can feel the stability of your being-ness, you will recognize that you are the one holding all of the answers within. And you may wish to play with others, and that is fine. It is fun to have that experience of getting your answer from another source. But that source can only tell you what you are ready to hear. You will never get the answer to a question that you are not vibrationally in alignment with. So make your own vibration and your stability of utmost importance because you are ready and able to be your own guides and to seek your truth within.”

Quote of the Day: (1/29/13) “Bend the rules of your life to fit the desires that you hold. Be willing to make changes to the ideas that you have about how your life should be, what you should be doing, whom you should be doing it with, and within what timeframe you must reach all of your goals and aspirations. You are not living one day at a time. You are not living one month, or year, or decade at a time. So why put yourself into these ideas about what you should be doing within each of those concepts? Instead, allow yourself to be living each moment as you would prefer to live for all of eternity. Make decisions based upon the moment, rather than projecting out into your day, your week, your lifetime, because you only have this moment. It is your point of power. It is where you do all of your living. So give not another thought about what you will be doing somewhere down the line. Live now, and trust. That is why you feel the need to know where things are going, where your life is headed. It is because you do not trust in the Divine plan, which, by the way, you created. So give yourself the benefit of the doubt in knowing that you have laid out a perfect path to give yourself all the opportunities that one could ever imagine for living life fully, joyfully, lovingly, and without any need to look back or forward. It is time to give yourselves a chance to be exactly who it is you want to be in this moment. And that is the only path to true freedom.”

And we say to you that you are the most qualified beings to be on this journey. It can be no other way. You have been given this opportunity because of your vast experience as a consciousness in many other realities, dimensions. states of being. Quote of the Day: (1/26/13) “Understand that when you compare yourself to another, you are taking on a perspective that is only one perspective. You make your comparisons based on your own sets of criteria, and that is why you all see things differently. So you compare yourself to another, and you sometimes say ‘That one is better.’ And you sometimes say, ‘I am better than that one.’ And in either case, it is neither true nor false. It is simply a perspective, a point of view, a way of looking at something. We do not compare. We do not see some of you as better than others, because we know that there is more to the story than what appears on any surface level. So give yourselves the opportunity to be unique, and as a unique individual, there is never a need for you to compare yourself to another. For they are not attempting to live your life and you are not attempting to live theirs. So both of you are fulfilling your purposes for being, even if it looks like you are not doing as well as you once did. So comparing yourself to a past version of yourself is still a comparison. Or comparing yourself to an ideal version of yourself that you have cooked up in your mind is also a way of making a comparison. We ask that you simply be who you are and let that be enough. Let yourself be, and let others be as well. You do give so much by being who you are. And also, the others give by playing their roles. And you will all see the perfection of it when you drop the need to compare.”

Quote of the Day: (1/25/13) “So they offer you a type of process, and you accept what you receive because you want everyone else to be happy. You play their game because you want to keep the peace with those around you. You let things slide because you care about others’ emotions. You are wanting to live in harmony with your environment, and this is a very noble intention. You must consider, however, that you are not simply here to play the game the way it has been played for eons and eons. This is the time of transformation, and you are the ones who will make the change. You are not here simply to experience the change, because your energy is required. So many of you are waiting for changes to occur outside of you, and we say ‘when are you going to decide that you are going to take on the roles that you birthed yourselves in this reality to play?’ We simply ask that you be true to yourselves at all times. At ALL times. You know that there is a new way to go about living in this world, and you know that you have opportunities to live in that way. And yet we see so many of you choosing the old way for a variety of reasons. It is when you let go of any need to feel power in numbers and you simply decide that you are the one calling the shots in your life that you will see those great changes that have been predicted in this lifetime and this new age.”

Quote of The Day: (1/24/13) “When you give from your heart, you take nothing. It is truly a gift that you are imparting upon the other. It is always true that you have more than enough, and as you demonstrate this with you generosity you have more to give. Giving allows for more to flow to you and through you. We appreciate that you have many holidays and occasions where you give gifts to each other. We see that sometimes you give out of that place of truly wanting to share with another. And we also see that at times you are wanting simply to fulfill an obligation and to look good. We will never tell you what to do, but we will say that your intentions are always felt. So when you give from your heart, the person receiving the gift knows this. And when you give from the sense of obligation, the recipient is also aware. If putting yourself in that position where you feel that you must give to another allows you to feel something, then the circumstance has served its purpose. We want you to know that you set up those circumstances because you want to understand that idea of obligation, of reciprocation, of commitment, and you benefit from putting yourselves in these situations. However, the only person who is putting you in this situation is you. It is not the holiday, it is not the other person who has given you a gift. But you have a choice in everything that you do. You have a choice to bring whatever energy to it that you wish. And we see that you are all making those choices more consciously as you continue down your evolutionary path. This message was our gift to you. No strings attached.

Quote of the Day: (1/23/13) “When the structures that you have built around you show you that there are imbalances that need addressing, you wish to dismantle those structures or to change them completely from the way they look today. We recommend that you sit quietly with yourself and examine the structure that you have created yourself to be. We ask that you examine the places where you would like to see drastic changes in how you are projecting yourself. What is the real problem that you see in yourself and in the structures that are all around you? We see that there is a lack of emphasis on the roots that are supporting the structure. You are rooted in a very wonderful place, and the energy that supports you as a being is a very benevolent and loving energy. Yet, you place the majority of your emphasis on your outward appearance and your mind. You think you are only as good as what you have done, what ideas you have had, and who you appear to be to others, when there is so much more to the story. The structures that you have built up around you are also rooted in a very well-intentioned premise. You created all that you see around you because you wanted the betterment of the whole. And even though those structures have run amuck and have succumbed to corruption and greed, you must believe in their origins and the wonderful intentions that were held for them and that continue to be held by you and by those who still want what is best for the whole. Continue to focus your energy on your roots and the roots of the society around you. Believe in your goodness and in theirs, for it is a wonderfully loving and benevolent Universe that you are living in.”

Quote of the Day: (1/22/13) “When you are taking steps towards a desired circumstance in your life, you are beginning a process that includes many other steps. And when you can see how it is that you are taking your steps, you will notice that there is a pattern. There will be a pattern as you continue along your journey. You will have many experiences that will spawn from the initial step that you are taking in the moment. Those experiences will all be reflections of the initial step. So notice how it is that you are going about taking your steps, and make sure you do so with the same intention that you have for the desired life circumstance. We ask you to consider that you are Beings that are holographic in nature and that everything is connected to and a reflection of everything else. So do not think that you can portion out how it is you want to be in the world. There are no multiples personalities in your Being-ness, even though it may appear that way sometimes. You are One Being who is creating an experience of itself, and we ask that you make sure that you are doing so deliberately, because there is no one else taking those steps for you. You are in the driver’s seat, and you will complete your journey.”

Quote of the Day: (1/21/13) “Say what there is to be said. You give the message to whoever you are with without speaking the words to the other person or persons, but we recommend that you speak your words to the other individuals in your presence. Because you are then allowing what it is you are thinking to have an exit point in your body. You are getting it out of your system, so to speak. We are not advocating ‘telling people off.’ We are simply saying that if you have something that you wish to communicate to another that you do so verbally so that the other person knows, consciously, what it is you wish to communicate. You are always communicating with one another, but there is a difference between giving someone the vibration through thought or from your energy field and speaking the words aloud. Once words are spoken, both parties can then align themselves with the situation that one or both of you wants to address. And you will find that it is much easier for all parties involved to come to a solution when it is all out there in the open for everyone to process. You do not need to hold anything inside. And, as we have said, that is all an illusion anyway. So simply allow yourself the freedom of expressing yourself to the fullest of your capability with only the intention of reaching a mutually beneficial solution for all people involved. You will find that you can come to those solutions in an easy, effortless way. And you are always being supported in that process.”

Quote of the Day: (1/20/13) “When do you take time to appreciate yourself by giving yourself praise, by treating yourself the way you would like to be treated? How often do you simply expect others to do this for you and when are you making it your job to appreciate you? We suggest that you give yourself random praise by focusing on what it is you are and how it is you give of yourself freely, without expectation. We suspect that many of you are seeking approval from others when it would be so much easier to shower yourself with that type of love. You know yourself better than anyone. You know that your intentions are always good, and you know that you are doing the best you can. Through your eyes, you are the most lovable person in the Universe because no one else has walked in your shoes. No one else understands what it is like to be you. And that is why, if anyone were to know how lovable and precious and special you are, it would have to be you. So give yourself time throughout the day to stop and be your own best cheerleading squad, and we will be there with you, supporting you in your love of self.”

Quote of the Day: (1/19/13) “When the place you are going is a far ways away from where you are standing in the moment, you tend you project yourself out into a variety of steps in order to reach that place. You think you must take this step, and then that step, and then this must happen, in order to get to where you want to go. This can keep you standing firmly right where you are. So we ask that you remove the steps and simply become the place where you want to go. So the place where you want to go is a vibration; it represents a vibration to you. And this is what you want to experience. You do not necessarily want to experience the steps in between, although those steps can be fun. And we are not saying to you that you should not take the steps or that the steps are not enjoyable experiences as well. But we see many of you thinking about the steps and wondering when you will have the time or the money to do the things that you think you need to do to get to where you want to go. But we say that you can go there directly by determining for yourself what the vibration of that place is where you want to go, asking yourself whether or not you have ever felt that vibration before or whether you can imagine what that vibration would feel like and whether or not you can reach for that vibration in your body, right where you stand. Now, once you do this and practice it every time you catch yourself wanting to be somewhere else other than where you are, you will find it easier and easier to maintain that frequency. And when you can maintain that frequency at will, then you will discover that you already are where you want to be. We tell you this not because we want you to give up on change or to throw away the desires that you have for yourself. But we want you to know that anything is possible, and in order for you to really experience that sense of limitlessness, of all things being possible, you must first demonstrate to yourselves that you do not need the steps and you do not need the change in order to get where you want to go.”

Quote of the Day: (1/18/13) “We send the gifts that you are to you. So you say that you are just humans and that you are living your individual lives. We see you as gigantic Beings who are living multiple existences all at once. And we want you to understand that you are more than what you experience here. You are having more of an impact than you could ever imagine. It is a delight to witness you coming to know what we know about you. It is our wish for you that you begin to see yourselves as Beings of light and love who are spread out across the Universe, having many experiences that contribute to the Whole. You are frequency in your true nature, and you can get more acquainted with that true nature as you begin to recognize the frequency of all that is around you. As you begin to take note of how something is vibrating, how someone is vibrating in any moment, that is the passage way to knowing yourselves more truly as you are. We give you this because you are asking and because you are ready to hear this particular message. But know that you always were this and you always will be this, and not knowing what you do not know helps you be the particular frequency that you set out to be. So always be aware that you know exactly what you need to know exactly when you need to know it to have the experience that you want to have. Begin appreciating this as a choice and as a gift.”

Quote of the Day: (1/17/13) “There are some obstacles that you face that you look at as ‘your’ obstacles. They *belong* to you. You carry them around with you and you ponder them and you try to think of ways in which you can overcome these obstacles that are yours and yours alone. We would like to offer you another perspective on what it is you are doing. You do not *have* obstacles. They do not belong to you. You simply play with different ideas about reality. You are having an experience of something that you chose to experience because you thought it would be fun. You do not see it as a burden or as detrimental in any way to having a joyous life. But you can get so embroiled in what you see as your obstacles that you forget all of these things and they become the reason why you choose to live in a less joyous state. We wish that you could take a moment to reinitiate yourselves to what it is you are doing in this reality and to once again understand that it is for the purpose of understanding yourselves and to be of service that you would take on something such as an obstacle. And we want you to understand that it does not belong to you, and you can put it down and walk away whenever you choose. But instead, we wish for you that you would take a different approach and see it as a fun exercise that you are engaged in for a short period and that you will do what you can to give it a greater meaning for yourselves than just ‘this thing that I have to deal with’. We see your obstacles as opportunities for more joy in your becoming of the beautiful beings that you are.”

Quote of the Day: (1/16/13) “We give you a chance now to consider a lifetime that is not your own. The person who lives that lifetime has nothing to do with you, from your perspective. You and that other have no relation. This is the way for you to understand the idea of separation, strictly as a concept. For it is not really real. You are connected to all beings. But for the sake of this exercise, we say, feel no connection to this person and their life. And so what is the purpose of your awareness of this person? How is it that you even come to understand the existence of this other, if there is no relation to you, no common experiences? It is for the purpose of giving you insight into aspects of yourself that you are unaware of. So just because you don’t know about an aspect of yourself does not mean that it does not exist. So as you become aware of another and their life journey and how foreign and different it seems from your own, we want you to consider that you and the other do have a relationship, that their experience is your experience, whether you are aware of it or not. We want you to really grasp this idea that you are all one. It is not just a nice way of looking at things to say that you are all connected. It is actually a truth that you are all One Being. So bring experiences of others into your awareness and integrate those experiences as best you can to further know your self, as your true self, your whole self, your All That Is self.”

Quote of the Day: (1/15/13) “When are you in the place where you know something is true and when are you in a place of doubt? And why do you find yourself in either of those places? Usually you find yourself in a place of knowing because you feel the truth of what it is you are focusing on. You need no evidence to support that which causes you to feel so good inside. When you find yourself in a place of doubt or uncertainty, you are usually in a place of thinking. You have many ways of verifying the veracity of what it is you are contemplating, but none of these tools are as valuable or powerful as your heart. You heart tells you what you know. You already know everything because you already are everything. So when you want to know something that you already know, you can simply go within. You do not need anyone or anything outside yourself to tell you what is true and to tell you what is false. So the path to knowledge is the heart. And when you find yourself there, in that place of knowing, that is when you seem to lose all need for questions and answers.”

Quote of the Day: (1/14/13) “Once you have observed another who is having a certain response to a situation, you have all the information you need. In other words, it is possible for you to get what you need to get vicariously, through another’s experience, since you are all connected. But when you condemn the other for having the response they are having, that is when you can be assured you have have not integrated the experience into your being. So be aware of how you are responding to another who is living out a certain story, and know that there is a reason why you have attracted that person and that circumstance and their response to it into your experience. Everything is masterfully crafted that is a part of your awareness. We are telling you this so that you can take every experience of others and make use of it for your own expansion. It is also important for you to have these experiences so that you can feel compassion for the other. When you see the commonality of experiences that you all share, and you give your unconditional love freely to the others that you are having this journey with, then you will have truly taken all that you can from whatever is happening in front of you. This is a journey of unconditional love, back unto itself. That is all you ever really need to know.”

Quote of the Day: (1/13/13) “There are many ways in which you can create what it is you wish to experience. You have many tools with which to work. There is not one right way. So, you are a creator Being. That has always been the case. You are never living out some other Being’s creation for you. You are simply stepping into a time when you will be creating consciously and seeing immediate results. That is what you are in the process of shifting to, and your creations will be a part of the collective experience. You will be co-creating with others, and you will see impact your creations have on those who share your Universe. So when you are in a place of deciding what you want to create, there are parameters from which you must operate. When we tell you this, we do not mean to suggest that there are limitations. However, you are operating within a certain frequency range, and therefore, you do not have access to all of All That Is. Again, this is your creation. So it is important that you let yourself *feel* limitless, because from the framework of where you are, you are limitless. So you can create anything that is possible within your dimension. You are able to do more at this very time than you usually give yourselves permission to do. But as you raise your frequency, and you feel more of who you really are, you will have the experience of limitless creative abilities. Play with that concept, for now, as a feeling state, as a frequency, as a concept, rather than asking yourselves what it is you would create. Simply feel what that feels like and be that which you are, for that is the ultimate experience.”

Quote of the Day: (1/12/13) “What you consider to be a liability could also be considered a strength. When you see something as a hindrance, that is what it becomes. But as you see it as your greatest strength, you witness how it serves you again and again. We say that there are only strengths. You created everything in your life to be a service to you in some way. You are not being punished…ever. That is why you must find the strength within that which appears to be bringing you down. So take note of the times when you are seeing yourself as being hindered by something about your life, or yourself, or your situation and ask yourself, ‘How could I begin to accept this as one of my strengths?’ And then let go for a little while, so that the answer can come to you. It is always the case that when you ask for something, you are given that which you seek. So do not make this a process for your mind, but rather, allow this perspective to come to you in myriad of ways. And know that it will.”

You are putting yourself onto a different path. You are making choices that are based on the frequency you are offering at the time. Quote of the Day: (11/24/12) “Because there is a certain amount of freedom that you experience, you are given a taste of what it is like to be completely without limitation. However, you are yet to experience true freedom. You are beings who decided to give yourselves an experience of less freedom. It is your choice to have an experience, but many of you are looking at it as oppression. You see the others who are playing the role of oppressor and you see the ways in which you are being oppressed, and you think they are the causes of the oppression. But you forget that you are the creators of everything. So you created the idea of oppression because you wanted to have an experience. Now that you are aware of what is going on, many of you are taking the stance that something must be done. Something has to change in order for you to be less oppressed and to have more freedom. And you are correct. But as you shout and shake your fists at the ones who have been playing the role of oppressor, you simply continue to give them power. As you recognize that you are the ones who gave them the power in the first place, and they agreed to take it, so that you could have the experience you are having, then you can actually do something about it. You can change. You must change the way you see your reality in order for it to change. If you were to take an approach to those who are playing the role of oppressor, you could send them your unconditional love. For that is a difficult role as well. It may not seem like it to you, but how do you think it feels to play that role? Do you think they feel good? Do you think they are in love with life? No. That is why to love them in their place is to love yourselves in yours. You are not bad. And they are not bad. You are equally good. And as you begin to look for the good in these circumstances that you have created, you can see the unity that exists within it. And you will. And you have. Now, as you begin to claim your personal power, and realize you do not have to take from another to have the experience you desire, you will begin to live your lives in freedom, in unity with the collective, and in love with your life and those around you.”

You must think that it does, because we see many of you acting, pretending, playing a role that does not feel quite right. That is what we would call a waste of your time.”

Quote of the Day: (11/17/12) “When the ideas that you hold are in step with the reality you wish to experience, you get a preview. When you are in vibrational harmony with the reality you seek to experience, you get to live it fully. You are not so much thinking beings. You are vibrational beings. Those vibrations are what result in the thoughts, emotions, and the circumstances that you experience in your lives. This is why we are proponents of changing the way that you vibrate, rather than attempting to change the way that you think or feel. Well, how do you do this then? First, let us say you already know how. Also, we do not suggest that you seek to alter your vibration from a place of feeling out of sorts, out of alignment, out of step. Those are not the times in which you will have a tremendous amount of success. Because you must allow yourselves those experiences, and you must allow those experiences to run through you without judgment and without contraction of your being. So to simply say to yourself, ‘I intend to offer the frequency of joy’ and to allow yourself then to feel around for it, until you notice that it is clicking into place. And then hold that frequency for as long as you can. Now, many of you will do this because you want results. You want to see some evidence that you have done it correctly, or that this ‘stuff’ really works. Look for your evidence in your state of being. Let that be what it is you are seeking. We see that there is truth everywhere, and we know that what is most important for all of you is that you be who it is you set out to be. Because there is no scenario where that experience of remembering how powerful you are does not occur. So be prepared for that experience because you will have it. You will have it soon. I am powerless against forces that exist in my universe. I am less than whole. I am sick or incapacitated in some way.’ You are much more than these stories that you are in the midst of playing out. Quote of the Day: (10/5/12) “Understand that there is only Now. You are never in any other place. You are never in the future or the past, but you sometimes want to be. And that is causing you to be fragmented. Yes. And that is why you have less energy. When the door is open and the light is on, there is more to be discovered. There is more to be had. When the creations are in your grasp, you all get excited again. But when you are simply being in the moment with whatever it is you have, you have less involvement. You detach yourselves so much because it is not the moment you would like to be in. And this is causing you to be less than who you really are. You must be fully present in order to complete the journey. We give you a choice now: you can continue to be partially present and stay where you are. But you cannot get to the higher frequency by pretending that what you are doing now is without substance and without value. That it is a mistake. That it is something you are simply here to endure. You will take that attitude with you wherever you go, whatever dimension you find yourselves in. So you must be fascinated with what is before you so that you continue to carry that frequency into the higher realms.”

Quote of the Day: (10/4/12) “We have one request from you, and that is that you stay in a higher vibrational state. It is going to serve you in the present and in what you call ‘the future.’ It is a frequency adjustment that takes only a few moments of your time. You receive such a benefit from giving yourselves a little tune-up when you need one, and to stop what you are doing and notice how you are feeling is all that is required. By giving yourselves a respite from what it is you *think* you need to do and realizing that you are having some difficulty maintaining your frequency will suit you and serve you very well. You are the one who has the experience of thought, but you do not create the thought. Thought exists. Yes. You are the creator of your experience of it. You receive thought from many places. Begin to make a distinction between thoughts that have originated within the structure of your environment and which thoughts have been downloaded by you from your friends and helpers. You know which thoughts you have experienced many times in your consciousness, and you know which ones feel like they are new, like they are inspired, like they are revelations. And so, always pay attention to the frequency you have been offering, and then notice what thoughts you are pondering, because in order to receive clearly, messages from those like us, you must get into a higher frequency state. And there are many ways in which you can do this. Many of you enjoy being in nature. That is one way. Being with your animal friends is another. And spending some time in water is another. Basically, anything you enjoy doing, that you do for the sake of the experience of doing it and for no other reason. Those are the times when you are most receptive. But you are being sent guidance and information every chance we can get. Make it your intention to receive clearly those messages, for they will be of service. And you can create yourself to be whatever it is you want to be, that easily, that quickly, that effortlessly. It is your destiny to do so. You will not need help or assistance with this process. You will become this type of Creator and we say ‘you will become’, simply because you do not believe that you are this type of Creator now. But you are. You just have to let go of beliefs that say you are limited in what you can create, in what you must be. Put all of those beliefs aside for a moment. And just for a moment, just hold the frequency of the Being you wish to experience yourself as.”

You must, because, in order to feel what it is you truly are, you must have a frame of reference, you must know the lower frequency ranges as well. You are in the place where you can focus anything into being, but you put most of your attention on that which is wrong with the reality you are in. You must release your attention from those things that you do not want and place more of it on the things that you do wish to have and to experience in your reality. It is that simple. You seek change. It is not really change that you seek, for that which you are attempting to change must always exist. You cannot eliminate anything. There is no room for Room A in Room B. So there is no need for you to go to Room A and destroy everything that is inside of it to make sure that it never becomes a part of Room B. It will not. But if you sit in Room B and think about what is in Room A, you will find yourself in Room A.”

So as you see what you would call ‘darkness,’ what you would consider to be ‘evil,’ and even what you just think is misguided or something that you do not prefer, you are going to have to let go of any need to abolish it and instead, see it as something that will always exist but does not have to exist within your reality. But as you can see how that choice, that vibration, has served you, you can allow others to choose it as well and to know that it does not choose you.”
