Programs – Ophelia the Faerie

“I am here. I am with you.

Programs that are running within you have somewhat taken on lives of their own. These programs are not meant to take over the operating system. They are there for you to use so that certain functions can happen in your life automatically, without you needing to think about them.

But when these programs have so much momentum and have been run so many times that they begin to operate without your conscious awareness of them, then it is necessary for you to do a sort of cleansing of your system. You want to start over. You want to reboot.

The way to do this is always with more present moment awareness. It is with more checking in to see what program is running in the current moment. I am certain that all of you are running programs that you accept as part of the arrangement for being on planet earth at this time, but I can assure you that there are many upgrades available for you, many downloads waiting.

And all you need to do is clear out some of the old programs, not all of them, just the ones that are keeping you living in a limited way or in a repetitive way. Before you do anything, ask yourself, ‘What is the program that I am running about this? Why is it that I assume that I must do this? Or why is it that I assume that doing this will get me to where I want to go?’

Even if the assumption is that what you are about to do will be quite fulfilling, it is still worth examining why you believe that to be the case. I am not telling you to stop doing the things that you are doing. I am asking you to examine what sorts of systems you have in place that are perpetuating certain conditions in your life.

I want you to know that there is so much more available to you if you allow yourself to break from habit, routine, and all activities that are done based on old, out-of-date programs. I want you to believe me when I say that your life can be a moment-to-moment experience of joy and freedom and limitlessness. I want you to expand your conscious awareness to include programs that run on a higher frequency and that require less fuel.

Have fun exploring these different programs, and see it all as a giant game that you are playing with yourself.
