The Driving Force – The Founders

“Blessings.

From the very beginning, you have had what you would call a driving force within you. That driving force cannot be squelched. It can be suppressed, covered up, or watered down, but it will never be eliminated. The driving force we are speaking of is your desire to be, your desire to exist.

Now, you have created the illusion for yourselves that it is possible to not exist, because you have no way of being certain that you will continue on after your physical death. And so, you see this as your survival instinct. Staying alive keeps you from that supposed annihilation that could occur upon your physical death.

But the desire to be has stronger implications than merely staying alive. The desire to be is about knowing yourselves. It is about becoming the Divine Self that is within you and that you continue to move towards with every breath. The full knowing of who you are can only occur when you have embraced that which you call death, when you have stared it in the face and seen your own reflection as an eternal being.

As an eternal being, you will never stop seeking, because the driving force will always be there. And you will continue to discover layer upon layer of who you are, for you will never stop becoming. And this wondrous journey that you are all on will continue to give you a reason to live.
