In this 2-hour recording of my Advanced Group Channeling Class with The Arcturian Council, you will be taken into several different processes and exercises to get you into the channeling state. The Arcturians gently guide you into your body, your breathing and then your heart and central channel before taking you into the core exercises in this class. First, there was a process for channeling your Higher Self. Next, they took us through a process for channeling a faerie. Thirdly, they brought us to a future version of ourselves and asked us to channel that being. Finally, they offered a process for channeling our spirit guides.

The class then took a very short break before resuming with the following exercises: a process for channeling a Pleiadian or group of Pleiadians, a process for channeling one of your past lifetime selves in Arcturus, a process for channeling an ascended master, a process for channeling an angel or archangel, and finally, a process for channeling your team of beings that is working with you on your channeling abilities.
