How Often Do You Need to Listen to This Light Language for Improving Communication with Your Higher Self?

One listen is enough for some, but it won’t be the case for all people. What I recommend is that you listen to this one whenever you feel that desire to be in greater contact with your higher self, and I also think it’s a good idea to listen to it right before you go to bed.
