Actualizing a Frequency ∞The Pleiadian High Council of Seven

“We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.

Actualizing a frequency is like walking and talking. You didn’t start out in your physical bodies walking and talking immediately. It took some development of your physical bodies. It took you getting familiar with them, finding your balance, and then wanting to participate in the conversation. And then as you began you had your moments of stumbling, of mispronunciation, but eventually you got it. You got the hang of it.

Now as you seek to actualize a frequency more often, you are going to find that it gets easier and easier. It is just like anything else. Practice makes perfect. So, first you are going to decide what the frequency is that you want to actualize. You all are making the decision right now to actualize a higher frequency. That’s what you do as you live your lives, as you encounter that which is of a lower frequency and you decide that it is not for you. It is not to your liking.

So then, you start to investigate higher frequencies. You aim higher. You seek out that which resonates, that which calls you to becoming more of who you are. And so, as you set forth your intentions to actualize higher frequencies, and you ask for help, the next step is the most important in that journey. You must relax into a frequency. You must allow it to be, and it also helps if you can let go of control.

Finally, you want to release all judgments. You especially want to release the judgments that say you are supposed to be in a higher frequency state all the time and that anything less is a sort of failure on your part. How would you know whether you were in a higher-frequency state if you didn’t have the lower frequencies around to balance and to provide that conflicting energy?

Giving yourself the experience of moving from a lower frequency to a higher frequency gives you the experience of your growth and your expansion, and that is a delicious experience indeed. It is what you came to experience, in fact. You cannot help but expand, grow, and ascend, but you can always do it more consciously. And as you practice actualizing frequency, you give yourselves permission to expand deliberately and at your own pace.
