“Greetings. We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very familiar with your spiritual practices and teachings there on Earth, and we would like to share with you some of the ways in which we have raised our consciousness throughout our history in our star system. We who are of this non-physical collective are no longer incarnate, but we all have had many many lives in our system in physical form. These are some of the practices that have helped us to expand our consciousness, to raise our vibration, and to ultimately ascend.

We have all engaged in the practice of spending time with animals. We all engaged at one time or another in the practice of going out into nature and not being around other humans, but encouraging animals to come to us, and sleep with us, and connect with us in a variety of different ways. This spiritual practice is one that had been passed down through many different traditions, and at the end of such a journey people in our system would often decide that they preferred being around animals to being around other Arcturians, but at the same time, we always knew that being around other humanoid beings was the way for us to also grow exponentially faster.

We all have, at one time or another, engaged in fasting practices as a way of raising consciousness. And of course, this was during the time when we existed in a density and a dimension where eating food was a regular practice. Eventually, all of us stopped needing to eat food for energy and sustenance. But the fasting practice was also a tried and true method of raising the consciousness and becoming more still in the mind.

We also engaged in many different ways with water in forms of spiritual practice. You have your flotation tanks there on Earth where the idea is to take away all forms of sensory perception, and people will float in these tanks full of water and salt for a variety of different lengths of time. People in our earlier civilizations would also float and spend hours upon hours in various bodies of water as a way of raising the consciousness, quieting the mind, and rebirthing the self. Other rituals involving water included programming the water with crystals before drinking it. This is something that some of you also engage in there on Earth.

We would also allow for water to drip onto the third eye while lying flat as a way of opening and activating our third eyes. Another common practice amongst Arcturians, when we were physical, was to walk barefoot everywhere and to really connect with the planet, to really connect with the soil. We understood the power of grounding to our planets. Arcturus is not a planet, by the way. It is a sun. But we have had in our past and in other dimensional planes various planets where we incarnated.

We also would spend time meditating in caves that were filled with the crystals produced by our planets. And this was a very common practice, something that almost every member of society would engage in at some point during their incarnation. We also did silent retreats, as many of you have done, and of course long meditations.

So you see, we are not that different from all of you, and a lot of the spiritual practices that you have there on Earth have been handed down in one way or another to your consciousness for you to utilize. We know that any spiritual practice that you engage in will assist you if you are in resonance with it. If it is something that you feel attracted to, we know that it can and will work for you.

So do not worry about doing the right spiritual practice for the right amount of time. Use your intuition. Use your own sense of what is right for you to engage in the spiritual practices that will raise your consciousness and cause expansion and evolution within your body, mind, and spirit.

You have always been a civilization that has benefited from extra-terrestrial DNA, e.t. technology, and e.t. consciousness. You are ready now to open the floodgates to more, and we want to help.

We want to say thank you, and we want to connect with you in a very real and physical way. Many of you who are receiving this message have known of our existence for a very long time. For others, the existence of extra-terrestrials will come as quite a shocking surprise. You are there to help them, and you are there to help the hybrid children to integrate into your society.

You are living your life’s purpose by connecting to us. It is one of your many life purposes to do so. You didn’t incarnate just to experience first contact, but it was a big part of the decision that you made to incarnate on this Earth at this time. That is why contact with us feels so right to those of you receiving this message. You may wonder how you are going to help with e.t. contact, and let me assure you that it will become clearer when you need to know.

For now, you can use your imaginations as to how you will participate in first contact and in the integration. You will also be integrating yourselves into our alliance of e.t.s from all across the galaxy, and that will be great fun and very fulfilling and satisfying. So buckle up for the ride of your lives, because you are inching closer and closer to first contact every single day.

We are putting an emphasis at this time on self-empowerment for all of you, because we know how easy it is to get sucked into the idea that there are others out there who have more power than you do. Now, we also know that you are making a choice when you do choose to get sucked in to that idea but for most of you that choice is happening at a subconscious level. And so, we want you all to make very conscious choices about feeling empowered and being empowered as you continue on your journeys there.

We know that you can look at all kinds of sources of information and see various people who control so many companies, corporations, media outlets, and so on, and you can think that a particular person has so much power and that power is something that they use in an inappropriate way. Now, understand that true power is alignment with Source. Start there. Secondly, understand that anyone who needs a giant corporation, or needs to be the head of a large country in order to feel empowered, actually doesn’t.

That is why they need something external to give them that false feeling of power. And also, recognize that you are getting the versions of those people that you need to get in your reality so that you can make a change within yourself. You may need to change a judgment, a belief, you may need to release fear or resistance to that individual or group of individuals. But most importantly, you need to remind yourselves that you are so powerful that you can create the idea of someone outside of you having more power over you than you do over your own life. You can choose to demonstrate your power to yourself in that way.

But of course, you can also use that power to demonstrate to yourself that you can choose another reality, and you can choose another timeline, and you can get different versions of those people who are running those countries, and those corporations, and companies. You have all the power, because it’s your reality. And as soon as you give your power away to someone else, even to a spiritual teacher or a channeled entity, you have begun playing the game of disempowerment. It’s not real. You will always be an all-powerful being. But you have, for the time being, decided to play that particular game for your very own reasons.

You can ask yourself why you would choose to play such a game. You could ask yourself what you are getting out of it. And that will be far more productive than making a documentary film about how corrupt this person in power is. You don’t need more finger-pointing or blaming there on Earth. You all need to take responsibility for your own creations and make the necessary adjustments within yourselves so that you can see different reflections in the outside world to you.

The documentary you are making is all about you and how you are choosing to create your reality in any given moment. And you are writing the script, acting, directing and producing, and the good news is you get to make changes. You get to make all the changes, and no one else has to be convinced to change in order for you to get a different version of that being.

We know that if you really hear our words, and receive our transmission of energy, you will understand once and for all just how powerful you are. And you will know exactly what you need to do to show yourselves how powerful you are. When you have that experience of alignment with Source Energy, you know you don’t need anything outside of you to change, and you know that the feeling of alignment to Source is what it’s all about.

You, who are awake, have been leading humanity into an expansion of consciousness, the likes of which you have never seen before on planet Earth. Some people are coming along willingly, others reluctantly, and some are refusing to come along at all. They would rather cling to the old ways. They would rather stay in the reality that feels normal and natural to them, and you all have to allow people to have their own journeys. You cannot take someone to a higher level of consciousness if they are kicking and screaming along the way.

You are meant, however, to plant seeds. You are meant to lead by example, and you are meant to make that which is ‘weird’ to most seem normal, eventually. And so that is why you have to break some eggs, so to speak, to make the omelets that you are making. That is why being on the leading edge, and on the crest of the wave, can seem a bit scary to you at times. It is because you are not going to get support from everyone, and you may not even get support from your family members and the people in your close circle of friends.

But you have to be you, and you have to do what it is you feel inspired to do, even if that means you are going to be labeled as ‘crazy.’ Even if you are going to be unpopular in comparison to someone who is being more mainstream in their offerings. All of that is okay. You are meant to reach the people that you are going to reach. You are meant to inspire those who are in vibrational harmony with you, and everyone else can go about their business and perhaps scoff at you, and call you names, and ridicule you in whatever ways they can. That is their journey and has nothing to do with you.

If you look and/or sound weird to others, then you are breaking new ground, and you are taking consciousness where it has not been before. Why would you want to be like everyone else? And why would Source Energy need everyone to conform and be the same way? What purpose would there be then for 8 billion plus human beings on Earth, all having the same experience, all thinking the same thoughts, participating in the same actions, going to the same rallies. Source and your soul have always craved variety and you are giving Source Energy an experience of the uniqueness of your perspective as you live your life on planet Earth.

You are also giving your fellow humans a point of view, a perspective that is uniquely you, and as you allow yourself to be yourself, you fulfill your purpose for living a life on planet Earth, and you allow others to benefit from your existence. Be yourselves. It sounds so simple and perhaps too simple to many to be profound or to be a life’s purpose, but you are meant to be as you are, as Source Energy created you to be, and if you follow the call of your heart, you can enjoy this life experience, no matter what anyone else thinks of you or the way you live it.

It is time for you to have your voice, to speak up for yourself, to allow what is within you to come up and out of you, and as you do so you do get the attention of the extra-terrestrials that are in the skies above you and living amongst you at this very moment.

You all get to play there on planet Earth, and you get to decide what you want to play, what role you want to play, how you want to play, and with whom you want to play. And it may not seem that way to you at times. At times, it may seem like you have work to do. You have this task, and that task, and this chore, and that chore. And you may find yourselves not having very much fun, and not doing very much playing. But that is your responsibility. It is your responsibility to make things fun that heretofore you have not found to be all that enjoyable.

It seems to us that you only have a few choices. You can not do the thing that you don’t find to be fun or playful in any way. You can do it and remain unhappy while doing it, just trudging your way through it, or you can make it fun and enjoyable for you and possibly other people as well. Imagine, if you will, that you work at a factory, and you go to that factory every day, and everyone is putting on their safety goggles and their safety gloves, and they’re going to toil away at their work for eight long hours. And then you show up, and you decide that you’re going to have fun doing what you do for a living, even if the job itself is not inherently fun or satisfying in any way.

You are the one who gets to decide to make it fun, to make it enjoyable, and you get the added benefit of brightening everyone else’s day, because you decided that you were going to enjoy your time on planet Earth, rather than just surviving it for as long as you possibly could. Again, those seem to be your choices. You have free will, and your free will is not just to either quit your job or stay and be miserable. There is always another choice. You always have another choice, whether you realize it or not. Sometimes it is your work to get into the right headspace, the right vibration, so that you can receive what the third choice is.

And when you have the third choice, and you are choosing it, you are empowering yourself in a way that you wouldn’t have been able to if you hadn’t taken that time to sit and relax and receive what the third choice must be in this situation. Remember, also, that when we say that there is a third choice, we are in no way saying that there are only three. You may find a fourth, a fifth, a sixth, and a seventh. Allow your creativity to flow. Allow yourselves to continue to receive more and more downloads, and you will be happy. You will be in joy, and you will find your lives more enjoyable.

We guarantee it, and we know you’re capable of it. We know that you did not incarnate to miserably move through every single work day that you have on your calendar. And we also know that you are there to create much more than just fun in an environment that isn’t inherently fun, but this use of your creativity will take you far. You know that you have many beliefs about who you are, and you have many beliefs about what God, Source, All-That-Is, is. You have many beliefs about your relationship to you, The All, The One, The Prime Creator, and you know that you try on these different beliefs throughout the course of your lifetime to see which ones work for you and which ones do not. Some people chose to incarnate and be born into a religion where they would think that God was an all-powerful being who existed somewhere in a far-off space, and they were taught to believe that they, in fact, were just a lowly human who was simply being tested by God to see if they could ever enter the pearly gates of Heaven.

And if a person was born to live out that experience, then that’s what they chose for themselves, and you don’t have to convince them that your relationship to God and your knowing of who that Source Energy Being is, is any better than what their concept of that being and that relationship is for them. Just like when they come to your door, and they offer their pamphlets, and they tell you that they are there to save you from eternal hellfire, you don’t have to listen to them, and you don’t have to agree with them. You also don’t have to argue with them. You can live and let live.

All of these different ways of knowing God and knowing the self, and all these different ideologies, were all created by the same one being, and that Source Energy Being wanted to experience all of these different beliefs, religions, spiritual practices, and so on. So you don’t have to agree, and it serves you to live and let live, but you can also do more than just believe what you believe. You can put it out there as an invitation to others who might be on the verge of a conversion experience. You can tell others what you believe, even if you know that they do not share your beliefs, and just see how you feel about putting it out there.

You can see just how certain you are of what you believe in by how you feel as you tell that story. You can also see how attached you are to what other people think of you and your beliefs. Now, you can also live according to your beliefs, and of course how you live, what choices you make, all of that is much more important than what you believe anyway. If you are a living example of what it means to be Source’s unconditional Love, then you are of great value to humanity, even if you gain absolutely no followers by doing what you do and living as you live.

It is so important for you to be yourself and to not be afraid of what anyone else will think of you. Obviously, that’s one of the reasons why there are so many different beliefs out there. It is to give you all the opportunity to choose to live the life you want to live, in spite of the fact that other people will think you’re going straight to Hell because you are not worshipping with them on their day of the Sabbath. It is so important for you to understand that each individual has their own personal relationship with Source, whether they realize it or not, and when you do understand that every person is unique and therefore that relationship is unique, then you can care a lot less about whether what they believe in matches what you believe in. Live and let live.

We are enormously excited for humanity at this time, and we are feeling the way that we are feeling because we are seeing you clear out what you need to in order to make way for the imminent contact experiences that you all want. You have needed to look at yourselves, to have a mirror held up to yourselves, for quite some time. And while many of you think that you are ready for contact to occur tomorrow, you must admit when you look out at your world as it is today, that humanity as a whole is not. Therefore, you are still doing the necessary work on yourselves to release what needs to be released, to clear what needs to be cleared, and to awaken those who still need to be awakened.

Therefore, the first step involved in getting humanity ready for contact is all of you putting yourselves out there as those who can help others to awaken. You all have the ability to help others to see the light because you have the light that shines from within you, and you have your own stories of your awakenings. You can show others what it looks like when a human being is vibrating at a high frequency. You can get out there and mix it up more with your fellow humans so that they can see that there is another way to live on planet Earth.

Certainly, if every other human being understood that they were permanently and eternally connected to each individual soul that they could see in human form, they would act differently, speak differently, think differently, and that is what is required in order to come together as a human collective that is ready for a massive amount of ships coming all at once to your planet. It is possible to unite with your fellow humans on certain key issues. For example, you all have feelings. You all have others in your lives that you want to protect. You all feel at times like you don’t fit in or like you are being oppressed. Everyone has those moments of feeling disconnected.

You all have these things in common with each other, and you can connect with any other human being based on those very human experiences. So, do you have to agree with everyone else that is in your community or in your family to come together and to connect? No, you do not. You can disagree on very important issues, as far as you are concerned and still connect on the very basic, fundamental ones that are a part of the human experience on planet Earth. You can have compassion for anyone who is acting out in a way that is harmful to others because you can understand that when people do that sort of thing, they are hurt, they are scared, they are feeling disempowered or disconnected, and you have felt all those things. You may not be able to relate to the way that they are acting out, but you can certainly relate to the reasons why those individuals are acting out.

So it is time to come together and support one another and look for ways in which you can both support others and be compassionate to the ones that you see doing the horrible things on your planet. It is time for that very mature response, that very enlightened response, to everything that is happening right now on Earth. And you are the ones to do it because you know about the eternal connection that exists between you and every other human being who is incarnate with you now. And believe us when we say that you have relationships with every single one of them throughout the span of eternity. There’s not one stranger among you.

Now, we are very passionate about humanity’s spiritual evolution, as you can probably tell, and we are very passionate about you becoming members of the galactic community. And so, while we give you challenging tasks, we know that it is worth it for you to take our words and our transmissions very seriously because there is always something that you can do as an individual to help. And now is the time, and this is the call coming from Arcturus.

You enable us to see more clearly who and what we are. You are offering up the human experience as a physicalized being on planet Earth to the collective consciousness of which we are all part. Your existence matters. Your participation in your lives matters. You are making a difference throughout the entire universe, even if it seems as though you are living a life of quiet desperation with very little impact. All the data is shared between all beings across all dimensions, star systems, densities, you name it. We all benefit from what you are acquiring through your experiences of life on planet Earth.

Therefore, you don’t have to accomplish anything, and you don’t have to leave your mark somewhere, somehow, there on Earth to have had a powerful impact on this universe. You were willing to take on those experiences and live that life when you could have stayed on cloud nine. You could have given yourself a much easier incarnation in a much easier density, dimension, and space. Or again, you could have just stayed non-physical and enjoyed the view from above.

Now, how can you start enjoying the life that you are living more, so that you can receive the same amount of satisfaction from it that we all do in the higher realms? Good question. Start to imagine what it would feel like if you were to receive all of the expansion, all of the abundance, all of the healing, all of the manifestations of experience that you have asked for through the living of your lives. Imagine what that would feel like. You can do this. This reality is real that we are describing, and you should be able to feel into it better than anyone else, because they are your desires. They are the experiences that you said that you want, even if you didn’t verbalize that request.

Now, when we say feel for it, we know that many of you might respond to that by saying, ‘But how would I know what it feels like since I’ve never had it?’ And answering that question is simple for us. You know that there is something about it that you desire, and you know that you believe you will feel better in those life circumstances, and therefore you must have some idea of what it would feel like to be living those specific circumstances. You don’t have to know exactly what it will feel like to reach for it. You know it feels better to you, and that you will feel more relaxed and more comfortable, more at ease with yourself and your life. You will know that you will have happiness, joy, bliss, excitement.

Reach for those feelings as though they already exist inside of you because they already do. Let go of the details, and let go of the idea that you can get this wrong. Let go of the idea that you have to be very specific about how you feel in order to get all of the specifics right in what manifests in your experience. You don’t. Your higher self is going to give you some things that you have desired for a very long time, and your higher self will give you some things you didn’t even know you wanted, but that matched that vibration of expansion and joy that you reached for in this little exercise.

Don’t make it more complicated than it has to be, and don’t get hung up on the details of all of the manifestations either. We don’t do that when we benefit from all of your requests. We experience the feeling of the expansion that you have co-created by living your lives, and we desire for you to have this experience also.

“Blessings. We are Thymus. We are the collective of ascended masters.

We see your mastery as showing up in a variety of ways in your lives. We see you as mastering certain skills and abilities, and we see every moment that you spend in mastery of anything as spiritual. We invite you to do the same, because you are a spirit having an experience of a physical reality. You do not need to transcend the physical, to rise above it, in order to be spiritual. You already are spirit, and you are using your ability to focus into a physical reality in order to know yourselves more purely, more fully, and more totally as you truly are. Therefore, any type of mastery requires spirit. It requires focus, and while you may not consider various skills that you have to be representative of spiritual mastery, it really would serve you to start to think along those lines.

The reason being that if you can acknowledge that you have mastered anything, then you can acknowledge that you can master everything. It is the same mechanism, and you are using the same tool of focus in order to get yourself to a place of mastery. If you tell yourself that it is easier to master tying your shoes than it is to master your thoughts and emotions, then that is the type of reality you will experience. But if you recognize that your mastery over any and all physical endeavors shows you that you have the ability to master your energy, your state of being, and your vibration, then you can start to benefit from the mastery you have already attained in your lives.

Look at anything that you can do and do well through the eyes of a child who has not yet learned to master anything, including folding laundry, making dinner, brushing their teeth. You are masters, and you continue to show yourselves how masterful you are. But without the acknowledgement of that mastery, without you using your mastery to bolster your belief in yourself, it is not getting you nearly as far as it could. So we advise you to start looking around at your life and recognizing that you once were not so good at something that you now do flawlessly. And it is because you really wanted to master that task that you were able to do so. It is because you stuck to it and continued to do what you needed to do until you got to the place where you are today. That is the reason why you can consider yourself masterful in that regard.

That’s all you have to do when it comes to your spirituality and mastery over your thoughts, your emotions, your beliefs, and ultimately your actions and words. You are getting there, little by little, day by day, moment by moment. If you are being honest with yourselves, you didn’t seek mastery over those more esoteric things for most of your lives, and you did seek mastery over the physical, and you have mastered many physical endeavors and actions, and you will do the same with that which is nonphysical, that which is esoteric. When you celebrate your progress and the fact that you continue to move forward, then you get to that goal, you get to that level of spiritual mastery that you seek all the faster.

“We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We recognize that you are hungry for change there on planet Earth. We know that you have summoned change, help, and energies that will support lasting changes on your planet. We want you to know that your prayers are always answered, but there isn’t just one Earth, and there isn’t just one version of you, or one version of the human collective. And so, while you may want change, ask for help, and receive that help, you still need to change in order to inhabit the new Earth.

When you look around at your world, and the events and circumstances of your personal lives as well, and you don’t like what you see, you know you have your work cut out for you. You know that the first thing you must do is accept everything as it is. Everything that you see was created by Source, and therefore it deserves to exist as it is. If you are not in vibrational harmony with what you see, and yet you continue to see it, that is because you are offering something that keeps it stuck to you like glue. In other words, the work you have cut out for you is to let go of something.

You may find you need to let go of a judgment of what you are seeing. You may need to let go of a fear, or you may need to let go of a belief. The belief may be that humanity does have a stain on it, and a stain that cannot be removed, or the belief may be in bad people, evil ones, having more power over you than you have over your own lives. That one is something you definitely want to drop like a bad habit.

Once you recognize that you are looking at your world, your life circumstances, and other people in your world and life circumstances in a negative way, in an unhealthy, unproductive way, you know what you have to do. It’s very simple. You have to make peace with the existence of all of those people, all of those circumstances, all of those things, and the world as it is, if you want to graduate from it.

You graduate from it by recognizing that Source had an idea about how all of these people and circumstances could help you to evolve as a spirit, and when you can admit that Source has had some pretty good ideas, then you can recognize that everything must be allowed to exist just as it is on that version of Earth with that version of the human collective. But you don’t have to stay there. You can get very excited about knowing that there are many parallel Earths out there that are available to you from right where you stand.

And all you need to do is close your eyes, take a deep breath, and get yourself vibrating in harmony with that particular Earth that you do desire to experience. Now, will you need to take action in order to find yourself on that Earth? Possibly. If you can imagine an action that you could take that would represent the vibration of that world, then take that action. If you cannot imagine how any action will make any difference whatsoever, then you know that your work is on a vibrational level. It’s energetic, and it’s thought- and emotion-based. Do that work so you can claim the new Earth that is your creation. It is yours for the taking. Claim it.

It will always be there, waiting for you and your fellow humans to vibrate in harmony with it so you can experience it, but you don’t have to do a lot to create a new planet Earth for you to experience. When you recognize that it already exists, then you realize you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. You don’t have to start from scratch. You just need to make some minor shifts inside of you to get your consciousness there.

And we promise you there will be a nice body for you to inhabit, and a nice home, and nice vehicles for you to move around in. It all already exists. Take solace in knowing that, and bring yourselves into harmony with the new Earth that you desire to experience.

“I am Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame.

I am here to welcome you back to yourselves. That is truly what we are all doing from the higher realms. We are seeking to remind you of who you are, reintroduce you to that being that you have always been, and to help you forget some of what you have picked up along your path in your physical lifetime. As you strip away all that is not you, there comes a time when you recognize that what was inside of you all along was the love of Source, and then you realize that the love of Source is all that really matters. It is everything. Everything was born of it, is comprised of it, and you are meant to move towards that which you love in your lifetime now.

Now, I am also here to teach you how to do that. One of the tools I have given you is the violet flame, because the violet flame is there to help you to strip away all that is not you so that what can be revealed underneath all of that is the real you. And the violet flame is also the physical representation, if you can even call it physical, of Source Energy’s love, the essence of that which Source is. So you do want to work with the violet flame to get you to return home to who and what you really are. It will also help to inspire you to move towards that which you truly love.

Love is what it is all about at the end of the day, and if there is anything getting in between you and what you love, you do need to identify what that is and what your plan is for dissolving it. Usually it is only a thought or a belief, and if you believe that it is a more solid obstacle than either of those two things, then you have to recognize that you placed the obstacle there, and you placed it there for your very own reasons, and you can discover what those reasons are before you go about dissolving it with the use of the violet flame.

You are meant to uncover these types of beliefs, and negative thoughts, and limiting ideas as you move through your life experience. You are meant to educate yourselves as to what you have been picking up along your path that doesn’t serve you and doesn’t belong to you. And it is through self-awareness, self-reflection, that you get to those limiting ideas, thoughts, and beliefs. Therefore, meditation can serve very well in allowing that which you need to know to rise to the surface so that it can be cleansed and stripped away, burnt off by the violet flame, if that is the method you choose to use.

All you really need to do then is pay attention to what’s going on in your lives. Pay attention to the types of thoughts you think and words you speak. Pay attention to what you are putting your attention on and how it feels when you do, and you have everything that you need to then use the tools that you have available to you at all times to become the person you want to become so you can live the life that you want to live.

Some of you have been doing this type of work for years or even decades, and you understand that it is a process, and you get to experience the growth. You wanted to take a journey and a journey that had many steps along the path. So don’t ever think that you’re failing just because you are still dealing with some of the same challenges that you were dealing with many years or decades ago.

You are doing just fine. You are doing perfectly in fact. And when you can accept that about your life experience and about yourself, then you can start to enjoy the ride a bit more to where you are headed, which again is back home to who and what you are and have always been.

We invite you to feel encouraged and supported. We also invite you to see yourselves as experiencers, witnesses, those who were sent here to experience something that will bring you to the next level of your journey.

Don’t see your life as being filled with things wanted and things unwanted. Don’t see your life as being filled with triumphs and tragedies. See your life as a puzzle or a game that you have given to yourself to use as a tool, as a guide, as a way of learning and experiencing, knowing more of who you really are, and you will begin to benefit more from your life experience.

You benefit every time you investigate your feelings and why you are feeling them. You benefit every time you ask yourself why you thought that particular thought. You benefit every time you examine a belief and ask yourself whether you would like to continue to believe in that particular belief. Do yourselves a favor and see every moment of your lives as an opportunity, and see every circumstance as grist for the mill, fodder that you are meant to feed upon so that you can grow.

And chop wood and carry water with the knowing that everything you do has meaning built into it. It is the meaning that you give it through how you do it, how you approach it, what you think about it. You could be grateful that you have the wood to chop and the water to carry, or you could feel enslaved by your life. It’s up to you, but you give yourselves these chores and these tasks very purposefully. And there is something for you in all of it. If you’re willing to sit with an open mind and an open heart, you can extract everything that is meant for you in every single moment, and you will be flying high in how beautifully you are going with the flow of the life you continue to create for yourselves. That is our promise and our guarantee.

I invite you to witness the world that you are creating and to observe it from a standpoint of it all being there for you. Witness your world as your creation and see it as neutral. See it all as not having any inherent meaning and then recognize that you give meaning to what it is that you witness, what it is you observe in your world. I invite you to do this with both your personal world and the larger world of which you are a part. Recognize that you are making assumptions, judgments, having ideas, and formulating beliefs about everything that you see. And notice that most of the time you do this without even considering the fact that you are actually doing it.

Certain thoughts and beliefs have been so habitual for you throughout your entire life that you have never called them into question as being your projections, your definitions, the meanings you have assigned to that which you see. When you are doing this little exercise, recognize the power that you have to change. Notice that as you change the way you look at something, you feel differently inside. And as you choose to look at everything in a way that pleases you and feels good to you, even if it might seem delusional to others, you will be able to move through your day with more ease and more peace. You can start with that which is easy for you to redefine, to hold a new perspective of, and work your way up to that which is hardest.

It may be the hardest thing for you to see something like parents losing a child to cancer as something that is neutral. And of course, if you can just get to neutral, that’s a positive step forward. If you recognize that any death can be something that spurs on an interest in the nonphysical and in spirituality, then you can how a death could be of service to the loved ones who were left behind. Perhaps you can get there eventually.

Do this exercise in order to demonstrate to yourself that nothing outside of you has to change in order for you to have a complete change within yourself. You will feel better when you do this exercise, and new ideas will come to you, solutions that were previously unavailable to you. Inspired ideas will simply drop in to your consciousness because you took the time to change the way you were witnessing your reality. Remember that your reality is there for you.

It is not there only to show you how you have screwed up your life. It is not there to punish you for your bad karma. It is not there because you are a victim of circumstance or your genes. It is there to give you the best possible opportunity to grow spiritually in the moment you are sitting in. When you see your life in that way, your life circumstances as serving you in every imaginable way, then you can live happily ever after and you can grow spiritually, and that which is in your life will change and it will change more quickly because you decided that it can change by changing your perception of it, no matter what it is.

I am not just talking about physical objects, of course. I am referring to circumstances in your life – your bank account and your debts and so on, your relationship with your family members and your neighbors and deaths that you may have experienced of loved ones, all that which is esoteric as well as the physical stuff that you have around you. All of it can be perceived in a new way, in a better feeling way and in a way that serves you more. And I simply invite you to consider the possibility that you can do this and change everything in your life in the process.

We are very impressed by humanity’s resilience and your willingness to persevere. We know that with so many souls incarnate on Earth at this time, you can feel the energies and the energies feel chaotic. You are all a part of the same one collective consciousness and human collective, and when there is a lot of strife, a lot of chaos, a lot of mayhem going on there on Earth, you cannot detach completely from it. And if you have some stability in your life and the ability to be at peace within yourselves, you are of course of great value to the collective of which you are a part.

You don’t have to feel guilty for not going through what other people on your planet are going through right now. You don’t have to feel that you are just lucky, or fortunate enough, to not be going through war, shootings, bombings, natural disasters and all of the other strife that you have there on your planet. You can instead take a moment and appreciate the position you are in and ask yourself how you can help. You can understand that in times of great chaos, there also has to be peace present somewhere, and you can be that peace and offer that stability. You can send your love, your compassion, your healing and ask yourself the question, ‘How can I help?’ You may not get an answer right away. You may find the answers that you do get to be less than satisfying or ways to help that you don’t feel you have the ability to take action on.

That’s okay. Keep at it. Know that something will come to you that you can use and know that you wanting to be a part of the solution and holding that intention for your fellow humans is still helpful. You are still holding those thought forms and emanating out that frequency. The vibration of compassion is a very high vibration. The vibration of service is a very high vibration. You don’t want to go into sadness, pity, despair and anger and hate and stay in those places for very long, because you want to be one who has stability and inner peace so you can be of service and so you can help.

You cannot help others by joining them in their misery and then their feelings of disempowerment. Remember who you are and remember who they are, and invite them to remember with you. Be positive, and hold the knowing that you have that things will get better there on Earth, in your country and in all parts of the world. Where there is hate, violence, chaos and strife. You want to be a part of the solution, and you can gather together with your fellow awakened souls and put your heads together about how you can be of service to your fellow humans.

There will always be helpers and those who need to be helped. It creates a wonderful system for you to partake in, and we recommend that you do. Instead of going into despair, hopelessness, helplessness and throwing your hands up as if there is nothing you can do. You are the lightworkers, the wayshowers and the changemakers. You are the ones who are of a high enough vibration to be receiving channeled messages. You have a lot to offer, and you can find yourself living on a very different planet Earth than the one that you are currently on in a very short amount of time with a determination to do so and with your ability to focus on what is best for all.

We know that you can and we are here to help, always and in all ways. If you need inspired ideas, ask any of us in the higher realms. We have plenty, and we too want to help and to see the peaceful, harmonious planet Earth that you are all in the process of co-creating right now.

“We are The Creators. We are 12th-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help.

You are awakening to who you really are in many senses all at once, as you awaken to the truth that you are an aspect of Source. Of course, you then begin to recognize that Source is all-that-is. Therefore, it stands to reason that you are everything. You cannot really define yourself as just one type of starseed or one type of being. You are everything all at once, just as everyone else is. What that means is you then get to decide who you want to be. You don’t have to only be defined by limiting characteristics, or traits, or aspects. You could say, ‘I am a man,’ and you could also say, ‘I am a husband, a father, a lawyer, a brother, a son, an uncle, and a nephew.’ There are many aspects of what it means to be a male human being. You can define yourselves by limiting terms and definitions, but certainly, at some point, you must realize that it doesn’t serve you to do so.

You also get to choose which aspect of who you are you emphasize in any given moment. You get to choose from all-that-is what you decide to be within all-that-is. And then you get to decide whether you like it or not. You could decide to try on many different hats, in terms of a career, and jump around from profession to profession, and that’s okay. You will have experiences and learn things by doing all of the different jobs you will do. You can be a jack-of-all-trades and a master of none if that’s what you choose to do, and be, and experience.

What we want you to know is that any limitations you place on yourselves are self-imposed, but you are meant to go through your lives deciding what it is you like doing and being, and choosing to do and be those things more often. You are not just a victim of your genetics, and your upbringing, and your societal norms. You can choose to break free from all of that. You are not meant to live out a blueprint that you don’t enjoy living out. You have freedom. You get to explore what you want to explore and do it how you want to do it, and you get to decide in each and every moment, and none of your decisions have to be binding for a certain amount of time.

Exercise those freedoms. Be who you want to be. Do what you want to do. Feel what you want to feel, and explore what you want to explore. Your definitions can be quite limiting, and your awakening can be quite liberating, if you allow it to be, and if you allow yourselves to make choices that are based on your feelings, your inclinations, your desires of the moment. Throw out any and all ideas of who you are supposed to be and what you are supposed to do so that you can tune in more to the infinite possibilities that are truly available to you and everyone else, and give everyone else the same freedom to make choices for themselves. Do your best not to pigeonhole anyone else and tell them what they have to be because of their age, or ethnicity, or gender, or any other limiting characteristic of a person.

Remembering who you really are is the most important aspect of your life, because it is you going home to who you really are as a Source Energy Being, and that’s what we are all doing, no matter what we think we are doing in these experiences that we are having. Allow yourself to roam around and be free and to explore all aspects of life so that you can make more informed choices about who you want to be from moment to moment, and you will live a life of joy, freedom, creativity, love, peace, and abundance.
