“One of you is enough. You have the ability to alter your own frequency, and that is all that it takes for you to experience a different reality than the one you are in. You do not need others to change or to offer the same frequency in order for you to shift and to experience an entirely different world than the one you were previously in. It is all about your own personal journeys, but you are a collective of beings. But there are many versions of your collective, so you do not have to wait for the version of the collective that you have with you at this time to get their acts together in order for you to experience a much different reality.

There is this idea of power in numbers, and we do not wish to diminish that idea. The more of you who wish to gather together with a similar intention and to alter your frequencies, the easier it is on you to hold your frequency. So indeed it is wise to find others who share your desired reality and who want to alter their frequencies, and to perform whatever frequency-altering exercise that you want to perform, that feels good to you to do together. That is a wonderful idea and we will not dissuade you from it. However, we ask that you not wait for any other to come along and assist you with your process. If you desire to shift your frequency, then all you need is yourself and your awareness of your frequency. That is all you ever needed. And it can be fun and helpful and useful to gather together with others.

We want you to realize that the world that you experience is entirely your creation, and when we see you looking out at that world and finding things that are wrong with it, and wanting so much for it to change, we feel that there is so much that you are overlooking in your own lives. It is as if it is more painful for you to see these things inside yourselves and to recognize them as being a part of yourselves, then it is to see someone else, perhaps even in some other country, that represents that feeling inside of you.

It does not really matter how you become aware of what is inside you. But at a certain point, you must take responsibility for your own frequency because you are never going to be able to change the outside world first. It does not work that way. And you have tried and tried again to get it to work that way. But now is the time when you wake up and realize that you are your world, that your world is a reflection, and that you are the one who is doing all of the creating.

We tell you this because we love you and because we know that you can hear it. Have fun with your frequency adjustments. Do not make it work or struggle, but rather, an expedition, an adventure, a wonderful journey within.”

“So, there are a number of choices that you make in any given day. You decide a great many things about your lives, and this is a way for you to access your true creative potential. You see, when you make decisions, you give yourself authority. You are the one who gets to decide many things about your life, about how you go about your day – what you eat, what you wear, which way you drive your car, what you do with your leisure time.

You get to make so many little decisions every day, and this is an important thing for you now to acknowledge. We want you to feel how powerful you are, and simply telling you that you are all-powerful Beings, does not have the same impact as giving you examples of how you display your true power in your lives.

Notice that many of the decisions that you make throughout the day, you do so out of habit. You make the same choices you made the day before. You have not given yourselves yet the opportunity to notice how many choices you have. This also allows you to access the frequency of freedom. Freedom and power are two frequencies that we know many of you feel you lack.

That is why we are using this opportunity to point out how much power and freedom you have, but you do not exercise. Use these little choices that you have throughout your day as your excuse to access those frequencies, and notice how good it feels to recognize yourselves as the powerful and free Beings that you have always been and that you are now stepping into the knowing of.”

“There is no possible way that you can miss an opportunity. There is no such thing. You are always receiving what it is you are capable of handling. And you will always receive that which is intended for you. We realize that it may not always look this way to you, from where you are standing. But there are no mistakes. There is no such thing as luck or chance. You get exactly what is appropriate for you.

And if there is something that you want, that you do not have, it really is in your best interest to make peace with that, to understand that it serves you in some way to be exactly where you are, to be doing exactly what you are doing, and to be doing it with the precise individuals that you are doing it with. Your life is perfect. You are the perfect person to be living your life. It is the life that you chose.

This does not mean that you are supposed to simply throw your hands up in the air and say, “Well, I guess this is it. This is all I will ever have. This is all I will ever experience.’ Because when you look back at your life, what has led to where you are today, you know that this couldn’t possibly be true. You know that there is always more. And sometimes what is coming is not what you expected and is not what you were seeking. And sometimes, later on, you realize that what you got was better than what you had sought out.

We appreciate the lives that you are living. We love that you are willing to put yourselves out there into a world of such uncertainty, and we hope that you understand how blessed you are and how much you give by being exactly who you are.”

“So, ‘they’ are making you do something that you don’t want to do, and you assign the label of ‘bad guy’ to whoever it is that you have given your power to. You think that because there are beings in your world who have positions of authority, that they are in some way or another manipulating your life. But this is never the case. You are the one who is calling all the shots, and sometimes you want there to be a nemesis, a bad guy, some figure that you can push against.

It is all part of this wonderful game that you are playing. You needed beings to let their sense of authority go haywire and run amuck so that you could play out certain scenarios that you wanted to experience. And now that all of that manipulation and power games are being exposed in various parts of your society, you are able to see how powerless they really are. You now can reclaim your own power by taking your attention off of these figureheads, these individuals and groups that have the appearance of power. And instead, you can exert some of your own.

It is a wonder that you can exist knowing your true power, and at the same time, having individuals who would exercise their authority over you in ways that do not serve the whole. And soon enough, they will disappear. They will no longer be able to control you and manipulate you, and they will move along to another game where they can exert that type of influence. But for now, let us just say that it serves you very well to take your attention off of these groups and individuals and put all of your attention and focus on how powerful you are as beings of Love and Light.”

“We provide you with tools that you can use, but you do not need to use. For you are the ones who get to decide how you go about shifting. It is not as if there is one way to do it, and you all must find the right way, and then you must follow the steps as they are laid out in the correct order, for so many minutes per day, and for so many days in a row. We know that this is how you go about changing many things in your lives. You have your exercise routines and you have your other regimens that are designed to get you to a certain place.

And that is all well and good. There is nothing wrong with that. You are setting aside time for something, and you are focusing in a way that supports what it is you are wanting to do. And when it comes to your shift in consciousness, you were not given a road map by your teachers in school. So this is new territory for you. Let us say this to you about where it is you are and where it is you are going.

Whatever it is that is in front of you in your lives is there because it is a necessary component for you to make this shift in consciousness. You are not only born equipped with the tools necessary to make this shift, but you are constantly being given scenarios, people, relationships, bosses, children, and so on, that are in your lives to help you. There is something about those people, those circumstances that are triggering you in all the right ways, that are moving you in the right direction.

So even though it may seem that you are taking steps backwards in your lives, that is only because you have something left to do. And there is nothing wrong with any of it. So relax and know that there is nothing for you to figure out. There is no secret formula for you to find. There is only the living of your lives and the choice to do so, consciously.”

“When there are certain parameters that you have placed upon a situation, there are self-imposed limitations. When you decree beforehand how it is you want something to go, or what the end result that you would like will be, you are only seeing a possibility within an infinite array. And then you place yourself in a tricky situation, because there are certain beliefs that you have about your desired outcome playing itself out in exactly the way you would like.

So, this is the difficulty that many of you are having in the creations that you seek. First, you limit the possibilities, and then you stack that limited array of possibilities up against belief systems which say that ‘This will be hard.’ Or, ‘You must acquire great wealth, or influence, or power’ in order to have things exactly the way that you would like.

We suggest that you give yourselves the opportunity to get out of any pre-set ideas or notions that you hold about what the best possible outcome for a situation is. We ask instead that you trust in what will come, and as you take your miands off of specifics and you release belief systems about those specifics, you give yourselves more of an opportunity to send out a frequency and to allow that frequency to be matched by what is for your highest good, what will be the most pleasant and fulfilling situation that you can possibly experience.

We are asking you to put away your vision boards and your manifestation journals and whatever other tricks or games that you have been playing in order to manifest. And instead to let your frequency pave the way to a life that before now you could only conjure in your dream state.”

“Start with a premise that there is nothing wrong with you or with your life, and proceed from there. You see, many of you are trying to fix something, eliminate something, or add something that you feel is missing. And this is the place where you get tripped up.

You are right where you are supposed to be. There is nothing at all wrong with you and nothing at all wrong with your life, and the viewpoint that there is something that is amiss in your creation or in your creative abilities is what holds you back from so much more. When you accept that where you are is the perfect place for you to be and that you have created it, then you open up so many opportunities for yourselves.

Not because something needs to change in order for you to be living a perfect life, or a more desirable one, but because there will always be more from where you stand. You will always be moving towards more joy, more love, more freedom, more excitement and with the understnading that all movement is movement forward.

You cannot stand still, you cannot stagnate, but you can give yourselves plenty of reasons to not live fully. And with so much that you have already been given, there is much to enjoy about where it is you stand. Take moments to focus on something that you can appreciate and enjoy, and be ready for a mountain of grace and love to come upon you.

It is really is that simple. It really is all about your vibration, the vibration that you choose to hold. And as you take the reins of your life as Creator Beings, you will notice that there always has been grace and love all around you.”

“We tell you that you can create whatever experience you would like to create, and many of you think that you would like to live within the same framework that you have been living and simply have more of the things you have ever wanted, experienced, and so on. But if you were to give yourselves the opportunity to take it just a little bit further, you would realize that there is so much more to be experienced than what you have been exposed to so far in your lives. So that is why it is necessary for you to let go of any attachment that you have to the ideas of the perfect life that you may have dreamt of.

Because in order to access what is beyond what you have experienced, you must let go of the attachments that you have to the physical, to the world that you know so that you can open up to a much bigger world, a much broader experience than you have ever had. You will find that it is so much more satisfying to let the details of your life be a surprise to you. It is much more fun when you do not know what your presents will be. That is why you have the wrapping paper and the box, so that you can have the experience of opening your gifts.

So please do decide what your new world will feel like to you, and erase from your mind any ideas of what it might look like, who might be there, what you will be doing. Because all of those trappings are just that. They can only limit you in the same way that your minds have limited you from the truth of who it is you really are, how it is you really operate in this world, and what it is you are capable of becoming.”

“So, you have begun to transform in many ways. You can see change in your lives, and you expect there to be more to come. You have already begun experiencing fifth dimensional frequency. You are familiarizing yourselves now with that vibration because you want to work with it in a way that benefits you and those around you. So you are exercising a bit with the new energy, and you are getting your feet wet. It is the time for you to apply what you know, what you have learned, because what you are doing here is very important. You are affecting many who you cannot even see.

So, this is why you must be patient with yourselves. You have been told for quite some time that you are the creators of your experience, and this has frustrated many of you who don’t feel that you are able to change your circumstances, to get what you want, to feel how you want to feel, and so on. And so we ask you to relax a bit. Don’t feel the need to get it all right now, to use all of your power, and to manifest the perfect life. That is part of what it is you are here to experience. You are also here to experience a broad spectrum of emotions. And in so doing, you do service to other aspects of yourself and other individuals throughout the Universe.

That is why it is necessary for you to spend a bit more time becoming the creators that you have always been, but that you have not yet fully experienced yourselves as. You have come so far, and yet, you have still a ways to go. And the best thing that you could ever do at this time is to appreciate where you are, to give thanks for what you have and to notice the power that you are beginning to play with. Have fun with it. Feel that power and know that this is a process that has been underway since before you were born.

We are pleased to watch you grow in this way and to serve you as best we can.”

“You can feel whatever you choose to feel. And we encourage you to start deciding more consciously how it is you want to feel before you find yourself in a situation where you are triggered, where you are expected to feel a certain way, and when you are letting the frequencies of those around you influence you.

It is entirely up to you how you wish to feel in any given situation. You have access to the full spectrum of emotions when you allow yourselves to feel fully what it is you are feeling. You can remove any blockages that have prevented you from experiencing your full range of frequency by letting how it is you feel in any moment be appropriate.

It is never inappropriate to feel what you feel. And it is time for you to take ownership of what it is you feel, to allow it, and even express it, without worrying or wondering what others will think and how others will respond. As you take on the role of one who is willing to be authentic with how you feel, you can then become a guide and inspire others to do the same. They will marvel at you for being so open and vulnerable. And you will recognize that they are demonstrating something that you have experienced yourself – a reluctance to feel, a reluctance to share.

And when you all become open with what it is you are feeling, that is when you can see what it is you are feeling as like choosing colors on a palette, like choosing foods at a buffet, like deciding what it is you will wear. They are not your masters. They are not here to enslave you. They are for you to experience, just as you do the wide array of smells and other experiences of your five senses.

So release yourself from their bondage and know that they are your friends, they are your companions. They are for your amusement and your enjoyment. And choose how it is you wish to feel without any hesitation without any hesitation or consideration as to whether you are being inappropriate to the situation. We are excited to witness you take this final step in your evolution and your shift in consciousness.”

“Say that you are a part of All That Is and notice that you still want to be separate. You still want to have your boundaries. You are given the choice of being who you really are or being a fragment of who you really are. You can make this distinction easily. There are no others who are exactly like you, but you do all contain the same basic ingredients. So how can that be? Well you think that there is a point at which you end and another begins, but there really is no point where the two beings diverge.

So how can you make sense of all of this? When you are being your full self, your most authentic self, you are not thinking about being separate, or standing out, or making your mark as an individual. You are conscious of your connection to all beings, and that is what inspires you. That is your primary purpose – to know yourself as every aspect of Source. So you see the question of individuality becomes irrelevant when you are in that state. You don’t care about being the unique version of you that you sometimes know yourself as.

“When you encounter a being in your reality who reminds you of who you are, you feel an attraction to that person. You want to be around that person. You have many in your world who are helping you to wake up to the truth that you are Beings of Light and Love, and you sometimes refer to them as teachers, sometimes refer to them as masters. But you always hold them in a high esteem.

That is nice. But they are no different from you. You are just playing different parts. They are no more Source Energy Beings than you are, and that is their message to you. So when you encounter one who seems to have all the answers and to know your true nature, the best thing you could do is to recognize that person then as your equal. And if you see yourself as Source Energy Being and you see the other as a Source Energy Being, then you will have received the message of the master.

You’re all masters and teachers to one another because no matter where you go, no matter what you do, everything in your life is orchestrated in order to help you along your path. You will encounter many more who will inspire you because more and more of you are waking up to who it is you came here to be. That is the number one purpose of your life – it is to recognize yourself as a master, as a teacher, and as a being of pure Love who is incarnating to have a unique experience.

Let yourself be your own guide, be your own master, and play with others who you feel inspired to play with. But do not hand over your power to anyone, no matter how much information, wisdom, clarity they seem to have. They are simply there to get you to realize that you contain all of that wisdom and clarity and information within.”

“So there have been times in your life when you have felt aware of some discomfort in your being-ness. You have taken steps to alleviate this discomfort that is and has been within you. That is your usual m.o. You want to eliminate the source of the discomfort. You do not want to feel it. You do not want it to control you. You want to eliminate it, and you will do whatever it takes to eliminate discomfort in your being-ness.

So some of you have decided that it is necessary for your move, or to leave a relationship, or to go see a doctor. Whatever you do. Quit your job. You do any number of things to relieve yourselves of discomfort in your being-ness. And you see that there are results when you take actions. You are able to minimize or eliminate discomfort. And then what happens is, you go to another situation and you create another scenario to get you to feel discomfort again. And you continue on this path. Perhaps now the discomfort is less severe than it was before, but it is there for you to feel. And when you feel it, you don’t like it and you want to eliminate it once again.

May we suggest that instead of looking for answers, looking for solutions to your discomfort, that you allow yourself to exist in a state of discomfort, to accept yourself as a being who has created discomfort, and to allow the discomfort to be a valid experience for you. Then you can move past the circumstances that keep bringing about the discomfort and you no longer need to create them. This is true no matter what the discomfort is, whether it’s physical, or emotional, or psychological. You have those feelings from time to time, and they do not mean that you have done something wrong. They simply mean that you are human, and you are here to have a human experience – an experience of all facets of life.

And when you accept all of them, then you can no longer create them. You no longer need to create them. You can create them if you wish to. But it is no longer a necessity for you because you will have punched that card, so to speak. And then you can move on to another experience. You can choose your experiences more consciously once you have been through the gamut of all of the various types of experiences. Then you have access to them, and you can conjure them up at will. So that is our message to you today, and we wish for you to enjoy your discomfort and to let it be, to let yourself be. And to live in a world where all experiences are valid.”

“So there is no mistaking that there has been a shift that has taken place within your reality, and it is ongoing. You will find that there will not be one particular event that will make you all realize what has already happened. But instead, you will notice the ways in which you are changing the way in which you approach your lives.

So as you have already seen, there have been many advances in your technology that have made your lives much easier. It is now a much easier path for you to move around from place to place, and to get information, and to communicate with one another. So that is one way in which you can see that everything in your experience keeps getting easier. And when you desire to take a break from all of that technology and tune in to your self, your own power, you will see that see that the vibration of ease is now more readily accessible to you. The ideas now are not so foreign to you as they once were.

So moving around with ease and getting whatever information with ease and communicating with ease, these are things now that you have taken for granted. And now that you have the outer technology giving you these easy pathways, you can more readily access that ease without the technology, without needing your phone, your computer, your airplane, your vehicle. You can simply find the frequency and take yourself there, or give another information, receive information, and as you are able to do these things, you will say that life continues to get easier because now you don’t need to lug anything around and plug it in, power it up, fuel it up.

You can simply do it yourself. So the more you can do for yourself, the more powerful you feel. The powerful you feel, the more you do for yourself. Until, before you know it, you are living lives of freedom and excitement and taking everything in your world to new heights. You are the creators, and you will continue to create the new universe that you are opening up to and exploring with your consciousness. So allow yourselves the chance to make little changes to your lives that will demonstrate to you how easy life can be. And practice – practice the frequency of ease so that you will enjoy more and more of this beautiful, wonderful, ever-expanding Universe that you are a part of and a creator.”

“When the part of you that has always known who you are takes the reins of your life, you get to experience life in the way that it really is. You see, things are much easier than you might have thought they are till this point. But that is only because you cannot see how the Universe works with you to create a reality. But as you take on this understanding, which is so core to who it is you really are, you will then have a much easier time in your life because no longer will you see the necessity for struggle.

You will begin using the power that has always been with you and the power that you have unwittingly used up until this time. So remember that this is something that you already do on a subconscious level, and what you are waking up to is how to use the power that you already have more consciously. You will begin to create reality without the strain and strife and all of the actions that you would normally take to get something done because you will have an understanding of frequency and how that you access it and pulse it out. And this will be the way from now on that you will create what it is you wish to experience and the physical reality that you see around you. And you will have more fun than you have ever before because you will be discovering that you are all superheroes and that you all have superpowers.

We enjoy very much watching you in your exploration of these ideas and of your true nature because it is like watching a toddler learn how to walk and then run. And so, yes, you already are amazing beings of immense power and when you can recognize that and then take a few moments out of your day to practice using that power, with a sense of joy, you will see how easy and exciting your lives can be. It is our pleasure to help guide and assist you in this endeavor of becoming the humans that have full power and potential, realized, manifested and with that sense of compassion and love that you bring from having had the experiences that you have had up until this point.

We see that everything that you find to be unjust or wrong about your world to be serving you very well. Because when you have great power, you will want to use that power with your fellow humans, animals, and plants in a sense of harmony that will lead to a greater experience for all. You are infinite beings and you create using energy that is coming from an infinite Source. Get ready for a new way of living and be prepared for an immense sense of freedom and love and passion for life. We are pleased at what you have already discovered about yourselves, and we look forward to bringing you along on the rest of your journey. Have fun.”
