“We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.

We are very engaged with humanity, and we have been from the very start. We know exactly where you are vibrationally in each and every moment, because of our connection to the human race and because we are ninth dimensional. That means we are nonphysical, and we can tune in to whatever consciousness we would like to. We also were physical at one time and did participate in the seeding of your planet with the physical beings that now dwell upon it.

We did not contribute all that is around you there on planet Earth, but we did our fair share. We want you to know that as you embark upon the month of February, you can expect a lot more galactic energies to be coming in. They are coming in to prepare you for more e.t. contact, and they are coming in to remind you that you are from the stars. You all have roots in our star system, one way or another. And so, as you look up at the night sky, and if you can see our system in your night sky, access more of that which is Pleiadian within you by opening yourselves up to the energies that we are delivering.

Now, we are not the only beings throughout this beautiful galaxy of ours who are offering transmissions to humanity throughout the month of February. You are going to receive activations and upgrades that will also bring more of your extra-terrestrial DNA into alignment and into service. You are meant to know yourselves as whole beings. You are meant to know yourselves as multidimensional beings. You are meant to know yourselves as collectives.

You are your souls, and so all of these other lifetimes, that from your perspectives you have already lived, are also your lifetimes and in another way they are not. You are there to live that life and to benefit from all of the living of life that the other aspects of you are doing. And so, you are not just there to pay off the karmic debt of these other aspects of you. You are also there to benefit from all the good karma and all of the wonderful gifts and abilities that these other aspects of you have attained.

Therefore, the month of February really is about putting more and more of the pieces of you back together again so you can know yourselves as your whole selves, and you can begin to operate more as such. That of course brings your consciousness closer to home, closer to who and what you really are as Source Energy Beings, and that is why e.t. contact is important for all of you. It is a reminder of how much more you are than your human physical selves living lifetimes there on Earth.

We also want you to know that some of you who are receiving this transmission can expect for more of those contact experiences that you do want by the end of the month, and many, if not most of you, can expect those e.t. contact experiences by the end of 2024. We are all embarking on this coming together that is happening throughout our galaxy, and we will all do our part to contribute to it and to ensure it happens in the easiest and most joyous ways possible.

“We are The Pleiadian High Council of 7, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.

We have experienced wars in our history as a civilization, and none of those wars were as horrific as the Orion Wars. We did participate in the Orion Wars, reluctantly, and when the Orion Empire crumbled, we then looked at ourselves and asked ourselves what they represented within us. We came to realize that we had an ideology that we wanted to spread throughout the galaxy. We thought we knew better than beings on other worlds and in other star systems, and we sought to spread our healing methods and our spiritual teachings throughout the galaxy. The Orion Empire had a similar agenda. They were believing that they had the best interests at heart for the entire galaxy and sought to bring their form of rule to the entire galaxy.

So you see, they thought they were on the side of good, just as we figured we were on the side of good by going out, just as missionaries do there on Earth, and spreading the good news of the Pleiadian ideology. Now, we tell you this because we want you to recognize that at the heart of every wrong deed is someone who believes they are doing right. And that is true whether it is an individual or a group. They believe they know what is best for everyone, and they will impose their will, sometimes violently, in order to make sure that everyone knows what they know and believes what they believe. And so, as you look at the wars going on there on Earth at this time, and you wonder how anyone could do such a thing, recognize also that you can get pretty attached to your own beliefs, your own ideologies.

And when you take the approach to life that one must live and let live, then you will see that also more reflected back to you on Earth and throughout the galaxy. Many well-meaning people there on Earth still think that they need to defeat someone, something, or some ideology in order for there to be peace, prosperity, freedom, and everything else you all want. It doesn’t matter what side you put yourself on, as long as you are on a side, you are perpetuating war. And that is a tough pill to swallow, and we know it. We know it because we had to do it ourselves. We had to look at ourselves and ask ourselves how we created the Orion Wars in our experience and what they were meant to teach us. The wars lasted a very long time, and the way they ended was through a grass roots movement of change.

They ended because the average person was willing to raise their vibration throughout the galaxy. Enough people said, ‘Enough is enough,’ and instead of picking up another weapon, they went within themselves and battled their own demons. Enough people raised their vibration to cause a shift in the collective consciousness of this galaxy and of this universe. And that’s what you are being called to do once again at this time, and you are the ones to do it. The Arcturians have called you ‘The Awakened Collective,’ and they are right, you are. You are the changemakers, the wayshowers, the lightworkers, the healers, and the leaders of humanity. And you did it before when you were incarnate during the time of the Orion Wars. And now you’re doing it again for the final time. This is part of the completion of the shift in consciousness, and you will not have to experience wars every again once you ascend.

“We are The Pleiadian High Council of 7, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.

We know so many of you are interested in the art and the science of healing, and we know that when you can heal yourselves, you can help others to heal, and you can heal Mother Earth as well. We know this because we have done it on our worlds in the Pleiades and with ourselves. We have also witnessed many great healers there on Earth, and we understand the healing process. We understand what it takes in order to find yourself in a body that is completely healthy. We know that many of you are interested in being healers because you want to be of service to others, and that is wonderful. What you really want to experience is alignment within yourselves.

And with your alignment, and your high vibration, you are then of greatest value to anyone who crosses your path, whether they have come to you for healing or not. Some of you just automatically do that to others whenever you are in the same room with them. You are emanating such a high vibration that others cannot help but be forever changed by the vibration you are offering. Therefore, becoming a great healer means that you first do the work on yourselves to access the highest-frequency vibrations that you can. You also can become quite good at spreading that around when you are called upon to do so.

Therefore, even if you are not offering such a high frequency of vibration all the time, some of you can summon it when necessary or when someone is coming to you for that healing. We also want you to know that there has been a lot of damage done to Mother Earth because of human presence there. And of course the plant and animal kingdoms have also been harmed by the presence of humans on Earth. Those of you who recognize this have taken it upon yourselves to do that healing work on your animal friends, your plant friends, and your Mother. You understand that whenever there is healing that is needed, you are being called upon, and you also see it as a great privilege to be able to offer a healing to anyone that is in need. That is truly the Pleiadian within you that is coming out in that moment.

We have perfected many different healing modalities in our star system, and it is in fact the reason why we have been able to ascend into this nonphysical state from the physical state that we once were in. Now there are still plenty of physical Pleiadian beings. Do not get us wrong. We are just referring to ourselves here as The Pleiadian High Council of 7. There are lots of different Pleiadian collectives and councils, and we all seek to help, and we all seek to offer you a healing.

And so, woven into this message are healing energies that you can all bask in, because that is our gift to you as we love eternally and infinitely. We feel very much like your grandparents, and we want very much to see you thriving and having a beautiful ride to the fifth dimension, and that is why we decided to start coming through this channeler here. But we are available to all of you at any time of any day. Call upon us, ask for what you need to be healed, and then relax and receive the healing that we are always bestowing upon you.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been interested in the ways in which you all interact with each other socially for quite some time because it says a lot about who you are as individuals. Who you are with each other is who you are with yourselves. If you are hiding aspects of yourself from another person, or everyone, then chances are you are hiding something from yourself as well. You are in denial of an important aspect of you.

Now, this is something that is manifesting itself more and more as people only show the positive aspects of their lives on social media. This has been going on since before the dawn of the social media era, however. When people would talk about what was going on in their lives and in their families prior to the existence of Facebook and Instagram, they would usually only tell the good parts and leave the rest out. Now, of course, there are exceptions and there always have been.

There are people who are in touch with who they are to such a degree that they love sharing all aspects of themselves, and that has always been the case. But when we observe you, we observe what the majority of you are doing, and the majority of you are holding back what you feel ashamed of about yourselves. And if you’re not ready to admit to your friends, co-workers, family members, and even strangers, that you are in pain, for example, then chances are you are not dealing with that pain, not in a healthy way.

And so it is a good time to ask yourselves if you are being honest about who you are and how you feel, and we are talking about being honest with yourselves about these things. That’s where you want to start. You want to start with your inner dialogue. You want to start by noticing how you feel and what you do about it, and during this period of self-examination, maybe it would be a good idea to stay off of all social media platforms. Because if you only see the best of what everyone else is living, and at the same time, you are trying to face your demons, your darkest hours, that might make it much more challenging. In fact, we are quite certain that it will.

When you are ready to dig deep inside yourself, you need that time to yourself to feel your feelings, to examine your thoughts, and to decide if the person you present to the world is the person you really want to be. When you do this work, you liberate yourself. You can be free to be who you really are, but you cannot look to society to grant you permission first, because in most cases, it won’t. You first need to decide that you are perfect just as you are, with all of your issues.

And when you can present that version of yourself to the entire world, then you can start to relate to other people honestly and authentically. Then you can start to develop real friendships, real relationships. Then the healing with family members and others can begin, and that’s what spiritual evolution is all about.

Before you ever set foot on planet Earth for the very first time, you understood that this was a mission. You understood that Earth had a very special place in the galaxy and that you were embarking upon a very specific mission for all of consciousness.

You all saw this experience as the greatest possible challenge that you could embark upon. And while you knew that there would be some very dark times, quite a bit of pain, and a little too much suffering, you stepped right up to it and decided that this was the only place for you to be.

Now as you began your cycle of lifetimes on planet Earth, you also understood how far you would be able to expand. You may not feel it now, from where you stand, but we guarantee you that you feel it on the level of your higher self and your oversoul.

Your next mission on this journey will be to create a brand new Earthly experience for yourselves and for all future generations, and those experiences will not be about challenges. The next mission is about experiencing joy and unbridled, unconditional love. You have come this far in order to feel what it is like to move from the depths of darkness to the heights of ecstasy.

Now when you decide to embark upon the new mission is up to you. It is up to you how much longer you play with the third-dimensional rules and when you fully embrace the fifth-dimensional perspective, the fifth-dimensional frequency, the fifth-dimensional experience of reality. We know that many of you feel ready, and we say to you that you are. It is all just a matter of opening your heart, letting that be your guide, and forgetting everything that you think you have learned up until this point.

When you feel that you are in the flow, that is a wonderful time for you to exercise this ability that you have a wonderful time to access these resources that are all around you. Don’t do it from a place of despair. Do it from a place of curiosity and with a desire to co-create, and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish now that you are aware of all of the tools that you have at your disposal.

The occurrence of a phenomenon on your world is worth getting excited about. The occurrence of several phenomena is the start of a movement. It is a sign of an evolution of consciousness. You’re going to experience anomalies, outrageous events that are inexplicable to your logical minds. You are going to see things that you did not think were possible, and it is all going to happen simultaneously, in different parts of your world.

These events and occurrences are going to have an effect on the collective consciousness. A mass awakening, an awakening of more individuals at one time than you have previously seen, is going to occur. And those who once believed that you were weird for believing in what you believe, are going to look to your for support. This is why you are awakening in waves.

It is for the purpose of giving some of you the ability and the experience to be of service to others. You all have your roles to play, and right now, your role is to be out a bit in front of the rest of the collective. You are the trailblazers. You are the leaders of the movement. And as such, you are often seen as outsiders.

Now, when these occurrences on your world begin there will be a certain amount of panic and fear. But that is all right. You are prepared for that. You are prepared because many of you have been facing your own fears for quite some time, and you are not only capable of handling your emotions, but also of helping others to process theirs. But these changes would not be coming if you were not asking, as a collective, for them. All in perfect timing, and all a part of your master plan as a collective consciousness.

“We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.

The exception to the rule is the most interesting part of the rule. When you have a rule, and you have your exceptions to that rule, the exceptions show you that there really is no rule to begin with. We want you to understand that those of you who are awakened at this time are choosing to be the exceptions to the rule. You are choosing to be different because that is what the world needs at this time.

You have chosen not to fit in. Most of you have chosen not to live a traditional life. Many of you are not interested in what the establishment is attempting to keep you interested in, and that has at times been unsettling to you. It has been a challenge for most of you to find your place in this world, to see exactly where you do fit in. Many of you wonder why there are no jobs that interest you.

Up until now, it has been more challenging to be the exception to the rule, but everything is about to change. And when those changes occur, you are going to notice that everything about yourself that has kept you from being a part of mainstream society is what is most needed from you. So you do not need to worry about fitting in, about finding your way, and about creating a life for yourself in the way that your parents did.

What you are doing now is determining what the new reality is going to look like. Your place within it will become obvious to you. You will be called upon. You will be needed. You will be in high demand, and the things that you once saw as weaknesses will become your greatest strengths. Your sensitivity, your emotionality, and your empathic nature are the things that others will see as giving you an advantage.

You are going to navigate through the higher-frequency energies with greater dexterity and certainty than anyone else that you have met in this lifetime. You are most certainly gifted beings who are ready to take your roles as leaders in this ascension process, and the world is ready to receive you just as you are.

Accessing Higher Frequencies ∞The Pleiadian High Council of Seven

“We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.

It is a matter of frequency. It is a placing of attention upon a particular frequency that is the answer to most questions. That is your journey now. This is an energetic journey through frequency states, you see. Everything else that plays out in your reality is a reflection of the frequency that you hold. It really is not any more complicated than that. Therefore, give more of your attention to the frequency that you are holding.

How do you that, you might wonder. Well, the more in tune you are with your feeling state, the easier it is for you then to measure the frequency that you are holding. The higher frequencies feel better in your physical bodies than the lower ones, and there is no reason for you to fear or judge the lower frequency states. There is no reason for you to judge yourselves for having activated those lower frequency states. That is the first place for you to start.

Let go of any notion that you have that a frequency you are holding is somehow inappropriate, that you should fear it, or that you should feel bad about yourself for accessing it. It’s just there to be experienced and also to give you a point of relativity. You cannot really know that you have moved from a lower frequency to a higher frequency without first becoming aware of the lower frequency and what it feels like in your body.

So start by celebrating that you are aware of the frequency that you are holding. And if you are holding a higher frequency, then simply amplify it, ride the wave of it, enjoy the feeling to the greatest extent possible. Let go of your desires to understand where the frequencies come from, how you got to where you are, and just embrace it all.

Activating a frequency is as easy as modifying your breath. You know that when you pay attention to your breathing, you can shift how deeply, how slowly or quickly you are breathing, and the same is true of your frequency state. If you put your attention on it, with the intention of raising it, it does not have to be more complicated than modifying your breath. In fact, you could say that the two go hand-in-hand.

So utilize your breath and your ability to consciously breathe in order to tune yourself to your frequency state, in order to amplify your frequency state, and in order to enjoy those higher frequency states to the greatest extent possible. And then, it is our recommendation that you do not look around your world for immediate results.
Instead, continue to enjoy your ability to modify your frequency, because in doing so you change the way you feel. And then the reality around you doesn’t have to change in order for you to feel good.

Your Physical Symptoms ∞The Pleiadian High Council of Seven

“We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.

In the discovery of a symptom in your physical body, you often then attempt to look at the past or the future of that symptom. You want to know how it came to be and you want to know where it is ultimately going. These types of questions take you from the experience of it. They take you out of the present moment, and in many ways they are attempts to dissociate from the symptom itself.

Your physical symptoms are guides. They are asking you to feel and to explore the feeling that you have on a deeper level. So let us say that you are feeling pain in a certain part of your body. The pain, as a physical sensation, is likely to trigger an emotional response. The emotional response is there because of something that you haven’t been paying attention to in your life, something that you’ve been attempting to avoid and haven’t wanted to face.

So the physical symptom is a wake-up call to something else. When you are willing to feel your physical symptom rather than medicate it, and you are willing to feel your emotional response, rather than running away from it, you have everything that you need then to allow this physical symptom to move through you and to no longer be a part of your experience.

As you allow the physical symptom and the emotional response to be what they are, you also have the opportunity to show yourself some love and some compassion. So if the physical symptom is causing you to slow down and take better care of yourself, then it is serving you in that way as well.

When you love and nurture yourself through these physical hiccups, you give yourself something that only you can give you. Only you can choose to take better care of yourself. And as you show yourself more love and compassion, you also eliminate the need to create more scenarios for yourself to be in physical pain or to have some other physical ailment.

Your symptoms are your blessings in disguise, for they awaken you to something deeper that needs to occur within you. And when you give yourself what you need, they quiet down and become silent.

Moving Energy Through You ∞The Pleiadian High Council of Seven

Energy wants to move. Energy is the reason why everything is always changing. It is because energy must move forward. It is often the case that energy gets stuck within your physical bodies or your energy fields, and then you experience symptoms, unwanted thoughts and emotions, and other attachments that do not serve you.

Therefore, getting the energy to move is an important step in your evolution. It is the way that you keep up with the always-changing, always-moving energy that everything and everyone is comprised of. When you give yourselves the opportunity to experience energy by feeling into an experience you are having, you automatically activate that energy and allow it to move forward.

It is only through your living in oblivion that you thwart the movement forward. Some of you are able to sense energy better than others. Those of you who are sensitive to minor fluctuations in energy are more likely to tune yourselves to it and therefore allow it to move. Those who are less aware are usually not as grounded in their physical bodies, and therefore energy can really get stuck in those individuals.

When you go to an energy healer, the energy healer is encouraging you to feel the movement of energy within yourself. Sometimes the energy healer is adept enough to know exactly where the energy blockages are and can point them out to you. When you breathe, consciously, with the intention of not only feeling energy but also moving it through you, you simply cannot fail.

The breath is an excellent tool for making you more aware, for giving you the sensation of energy moving through you, and it is also very soothing. So the movement of energy can be less than pleasant, as it stirs up old memories, old traumas, and even connects you to past lives.

So we recommend that you make yourselves as comfortable as you possibly can, tune yourselves to your physical bodies and your breath, and give yourselves the experience of the movement of energy through you. When you do, you will demonstrate to yourselves that you have much more power than you ever knew you had, and that is an enjoyable experience.

So give yourselves the opportunity to experience it at least once a day. That is our recommendation to you.

As you recognize the futility of creating your reality using third-dimensional methods, you clear the way for something that is much more effective and certainly faster. We are talking about fifth-dimensional technology. We are talking about creating your reality with your energy.

You are the creator of your reality, but what you sometimes fail to recognize is that you are also the tool that you use to create your reality. What do we mean by that? Well, you are beings of energy. Your energy is what you utilize to create everything. You utilize your energy to create your physical body. You utilize your energy to create the environment around you. And of course you utilize your energy to create experiences like thoughts and emotions. And when we say, ‘your energy,’ we really mean you, the real you.

So it really does serve you to get in touch with you, with who you are. It really is the only game in town to play with your own energy fluctuations. Now how do you modify yourself in order to shift the way that you are vibrating as energy? We recommend taking a multi-layered, multi-tiered approach to this. We recommend seeing yourself as a holistic expression of that energy.

So yes, your actions still count and your thoughts still count. And we are not suggesting that you simply sit in a quiet, dark room meditating on your own energy because that would bore you. And as we said, you need to take a holistic approach to this business of shifting your energy, shifting your self to the higher frequencies. So it is a team effort.

You want to get your body on board. You want to get your thoughts on board. You want to get your emotions on board. You want to take the actions that support the vibration that you want to hold. So it is really about paying attention and recognizing that which is of the frequency that serves your highest good and that which is not.

And sometimes in order to let go of something that is of a lower frequency, you must face it. You must face that belief. You must face that judgment. You must face that past life circumstance or event. And so that is what you are doing. Some of you are just doing it more willingly than others.

So the single most important thing you could do in your efforts to create your reality, using the fifth-dimensional technology of yourselves is to pay attention. And as you do, you will notice what is of service to you and what is not, and then you will choose wisely.

As you practice holding your vibration in the frequency where you want it to be, you are practicing mastery. You give yourselves opportunities for mastery at several points throughout your day, and you do like a challenge, after all. You are masters, of course, living in the illusion that you are not. And that gives you the opportunity to achieve mastery, or to make that journey from feeling quite lacking in mastery to becoming quite masterful.

So what is the trick to holding a high vibration no matter what is going on around you? Well, for one thing, you can tune yourself to your heart instead of your mind. You can allow your heart to take command of the situation.

You can activate the energy of your heart, and you can come from your heart to whatever it is you are facing. It is always a good practice to lead with your heart. So even if you are having a conversation about what is happening, you do so from your heart. You do so by expressing what is in your heart.

And as you offer a higher vibration than what you would expect, given the circumstances, you are shifting not only yourself, but also everyone around you has that opportunity. You become the beacon, the light, the wayshower, and isn’t that precisely what a master does and is? He or she grounds high-frequency energy into the space so that anyone who is interested in joining that vibration is welcome to do so.

You can all be masters, and there is nothing pretentious or egoic about it. It is the easiest and most effective way to be of service to all others. And of course, when you maintain a high frequency, no matter what is going on around you, you benefit from that as well. You get to feel however you want to feel. You get to create whatever experience you want to create, and you get to be masters no matter what is going on around you.

Just be determined. Be heart-centered. And be certain that in your moments of mastery, you are in service to all of humanity.

If you want to create something in your experience, and let us say that it is something you have wanted to create for quite some time, then just realize that you are not working with the same tools that you have been. Recognize the advantage that you have now that you have made it this far in the shift.

That which previously took years, or months, or days, can happen in a matter of hours. But you must keep believing in your abilities and in what we are saying in order to experience it for yourself.

So whatever it is that you want to create in your experience, let go of all of the beliefs that you have about it. Let go of all the timeframes, even the different possibilities that you can imagine. Let go of all of it, and sink more deeply into your creative power, your creative potential.

Sink into the knowing that these energies are here to work with you, and that you are quite capable of mastery. You are quite capable of feeling for that which you desire to create and then letting the energies do the rest of the work for you.

What we are talking about here are particles of light. We are talking about photonic energy. We also are talking about the energy that has been on planet Earth for millions of years getting an extreme makeover.

And when you recognize this, you can benefit from that which is occurring. You can navigate through the energies with greater speed, and with tremendous accuracy, because you were quite simply born to do so.
