Channeling Ophelia – Letting Us In

“So, you have begun to process my energy and the energy of the others who are participating. Your willingness to do so has brought you into a more light-based arena of your dimension. You have various stages within each dimensional frequency range. And so, you are moving through it. As you take on more energy, you float a little bit higher.

It is your willingness to open yourselves to all the different energies that make up your total being that grants you access to these different stages. You have been eager, and therefore, it was very easy for you to assimilate some of the energy that we are. You must realize that this is an ongoing process. This is something that you are doing on many different levels of your consciousness.

We bring energy that is familiar to you and that is pleasant, and therefore, easy for you to assimilate. So, we are giving you more now because you have done so well with what we have given you thus far.

Relax. Sit comfortably as you listen or as you read. I want you to feel as though each cell in your body has an opening. And the energy enters through this opening. And as you see the energy entering your cells, you can also envision that opening sealing shut and holding the energy. You can see these cells lighting up.

This is your granting us access to those cells. So by doing this, you are giving us your permission. We can feel some of you taking it all. We can feel others of you being a bit skeptical or a bit resistant. But that is okay, because you all get to choose how you do this, and some of you are more connected to us than others.

Now, what to do with this new energy that you have just taken in? Some of you may wish to move your bodies. Some of you may wish to breathe consciously, and some of you might just want to go to sleep. It does not matter, but it does speak to your individuality. And we adore you in your individuality. So whatever you want to do right now, allow yourself. Give yourself permission to go paint that picture, or do some jumping jacks, or whatever you feel inspired to do.
