Channeling Ophelia – Noticing

“I am here. I am with you.

Noticing what you are doing, what you are saying, and what you are thinking is the first step towards transforming yourself. It is important for all of you to become aware, to be the observer of your self. When you are noticing, you can then understand how you are interpreting what you are noticing. Are you in judgment? Are you in fear? Or are you in love and in compassion?

When you notice that you are not operating from love and from compassion, your next step is to accept yourself right where you are, doing what you are doing. It is important for you to be able to be where you are, in a place of non-judgment, in a place of complete acceptance.

When you feel that you have granted yourself permission to be where you are, then your next step is to decide where you want to go. When I say, ‘where you want to go,’ I am talking about with your vibration. I know that so many of you are seeking to go to a new place – a new relationship, a new job, a new body, a new home. But before you get into the details of what it is you are wishing to create, make sure you lay a foundation of energy, make sure you are aware of the energy that you are seeking to be in.

It may match what you have envisioned for yourself, and it may not. But the energy is the key. Understand your motivations. It is important for you to not only know where you want to go, but to know why you want to go there. What is it that you are really seeking? Be aware that this can also lead you back to the beginning of this exercise, where you are noticing and you are needing to accept and release judgment and have some love and some compassion for yourself, right where you are.

Notice that where you want to go is often in response to where you have been. But I encourage you to dream of something even bigger, to dream of something magical, something completely illogical, unknown, something you not only have not experienced, but that you have not even been able to imagine. What does that feel like? Where is the energy in the fantastically unknown?

Where would you like to be? Would you like to find yourself in a brand new frequency range, or would you like to create some more with what you have known? That is up to you. That is your choice. I just encourage you to dream big.
