Channeling Ophelia – Your Shift

“I am here. I am Ophelia. I am pleased to welcome all of you to my dimension. I am able to sense when you are here. I can pick up on the fluctuations in energy, and so I know when you are poking your heads into the fifth dimensional frequency range. And I am excited. I am excited for you, and I am excited to play with you.

This will be a gradual process for all of you. You will find that the veil will be lifted slowly. This will be advantageous to you all. You will not have to acclimate everything all at once.

If you were waking up in a dark room and someone were to turn the lights on, full blast, you would just shut your eyes again. But if there were a dimmer switch, and you were able to take a little light in, and a little more, and a little more, and a little more, then you would have an easier time keeping your eyes open.

So this process is about helping you to maintain your awakened state. I am part of that gradual process for all of you who are tuning yourselves to my frequency. You are able to maintain a higher frequency state when you are in communion with me in one way or another.

I suggest that you look for anything that is of a high frequency, anything whose vibration is attractive to you. I suggest that you surround yourself with high frequency information, music, crystals, anything at all that you can find that puts you into the higher vibrational state.

Your outer reality is of course a reflection of your inner reality. But your outer reality can also influence the inner one. So make this easy upon yourselves. Give yourselves all the advantages to make the transition an easy and smooth one.

You will also find that letting go of some of the third dimensional trappings will benefit you greatly. Letting go of that ‘American dream’ that so many of you were force fed from a very young age will serve you. It will lighten your load.

You are all letting go, more and more. I can see that and feel that, and I am witnessing your beautiful evolution. The next time you poke your head into my dimension, reach out for me and feel for my hand as I hold you there just a little longer.”
