When Does It Serve You to do These Breathing Exercises?
Connecting to our Spirit Guides is something we’ve all wanted to do to varying degrees. If you really feel the need to have that loving embrace from your guides in the seventh dimension, then I recommend doing this one every night, right before falling asleep, one or two times. These breathing exercises will relax you enough to receive the messages, impulses, and visuals that your spirit guides are sending you on a constant basis. Even better, you’ll feel the love and support of your guides like you never have before, and that’s something you cannot and will not mistake for your own thoughts. Do these breathing exercises as often as you feel intuitively guided to do them and know that you’re getting closer and closer to that full, open contact with your spirit guides with each breath.
