Each segment included instructions on how to channel four different collectives/beings from the higher realms, resulting in a total of 8 exercises and 8 beings/collectives. You will do a substantial amount of channeling as you follow along, because whether you speak a word of channeled wisdom or not, you’ll be getting the energies that the guides who you’ll be connecting to are sending you. After listening to the full 2-hour recording of the class, you may decide that some processes resonated with you more than others. Or maybe you’re more interested in channeling E.T.s than you are in channeling faeries, angels, archangels, dolphins and/or whales. In that case, you’ll probably find that listening to only a few of the processes and exercises over and over again will be more to your benefit than if you just start the entire recording over again at the beginning and go through each exercise one by one.
