Healing your core wounds. You might spend decades of your adult life uncovering them and then working on them with therapy, spiritual practices, healing sessions with Reikis and other healers, and you still might feel that they linger in your subconscious. That’s why I created this 10-minute sound healing of gong sounds and channeled throat singing. Before beginning the recording, I set the intention for the throat singing I would allow through me to contain the correct vibration, the precise frequency necessary to heal those core wounds within the listener once and for all. The result is this powerful recording which also includes the most hypnotic sounds of the gong, which I recently began playing. I love the gong, and while the throat singing is still new to me, it feels very similar to channeling tones and overtones, which I’ve done for a decade. Joy!

I recommend listening to this recording first thing in the morning, as our core wounds usually come up and start gnawing at us early on in the day.
