Our bodies. They are our vehicles for this incarnation, but they can be so much more to us than that. Often we get very attached to our bodies and how they look. My weight has fluctuated by at least 70 pounds as an adult, so I know what it feels like to be in a body that I didn’t like, and I’ve been in a body that others were concerned about (when I was very thin). Our body is just a mask that we wear, but we want to be able to love that mask no matter what size, shape, or height it is. Even our skin color…many times I’ve spent way too much time in the sun because I didn’t like my skin being so pale. There are so many ways we have not shown our bodies the love and respect they need and deserve. That’s why I created this 6-minute light language. This language of light carries the intention, vibration, and galactic light codes to activate unconditional love for our bodies so that we can love all aspects of ourselves unconditionally. Joy!

When and how often to listen to this one are two questions that I know are arising in many (if not all) of you. The answer is that if you feel you need to listen to it because you’ve just looked at yourself in the mirror and felt bad, then please do so. If you want to just listen to it every day when you wake up for 10 days in a row and see how that changes your feelings about your body, then give that a go. And obviously, there will be times when you don’t feel you need it, and I say that’s great. I certainly do hope that you can listen just once and never need it again. Self-Love <3
