How Often & When Does it Serve You to Listen to this Light Language?

I recommend listening to this light language whenever your feelings related to the traumas you’ve experienced are coming up for you. It’s also a good idea to listen to this one when you’ve come to realize that you have come across some stored past life traumas as well. These past life traumas can also be a reflection of what you’re living in this lifetime, cross-connecting you to those lives and other aspects of self that still need to be healed. You might find that you wake up from a dream that feels like a past life memory, or you might get some information from a reading that alerts you to the past life trauma you’ve been holding on to and that has created the soul fragment you need to reintegrate.
