This is a 6-Minute Light Language for Protecting You from Gaslighting & Gaslighters
Gaslighting. It’s a word we’ve been hearing more and more frequently these days. The definition I found for it is: “manipulate (someone) using psychological methods into questioning their own sanity or powers of reasoning.” Now, it doesn’t have to reach that extent to where we are questioning our own sanity to qualify as gaslighting. Certainly there are lots of people, groups, and organizations that are trying to convince others to see life and the world through their eyes (rather than trusting their own perception of reality), and the gaslighter(s) will use whatever means they have at their disposal to do so. That’s why I channeled this 6-minute light language for protecting you from gaslighting & gaslighters. Love <3
