Sometimes we need to do something several times before we get it right, and depending on how ingrained your overeating is, you might need to listen numerous times to absorb the energies of this transmission. I’m hoping that the average person will only need one listening to work permanently on that addiction, but it’s really hard to say because we are all so different and our reasons for overeating are as well.
