I have come up with a saying that goes like this, “You live by the ego, you die by the ego.” And I think it’s pretty clever! What it means is that just as much as we all have the capability of building our ego’s self-esteem up through external successes like making lots of money, the accomplishment of our goals, losing a lot of weight and then looking in the mirror, winning awards, and so on, we can just as easily be knocked off of that pedestal we’ve placed ourselves on by some negative self-talk that comes from the negative ego. That’s why I channeled this 6-minute light language for silencing the negative ego. The negative ego is the little voice in our heads that tells us we’re not good enough in some way, or in some extreme cases, that we’re worthless and don’t deserve to receive any good fortune in life. This light language will help silence that nasty inner voice. Love <3

Before I sat to channel this language of light, I set the intention that it would contain the energies, vibration, and galactic light codes to silence the negative ego of the listener. And that means after listening to it, we will raise our vibration, attract better thoughts, and create a better-feeling reality. Joy!
