When Should You Listen to This Meditation?

I like to meditate first thing in the morning, and I think this one would be a great one to do right when you wake up in the morning. It’s nice to get the day off on the right vibrational foot, and I guarantee you that this meditation will do just that. Also, it’s great to use this meditation when you feel that you’ve been accessing some negative thought forms, emotions, and/or entity attachments. Use it whenever needed and know it will always help!
