Shame can be one of the most debilitating experiences we have as humans. It leads to self-doubt, a lack of self-worth, and you can forget about self-love when you’re in that state of being. That’s why I created this 10 minute sound healing. I used one of my crystal bowls, and I channeled tones and overtones along with it to create the sounds necessary to release that shame, self-doubt, and lack of self-worth. The tones and sounds are also infused with the intention and vibration to elevate feelings of self-love within you.
