Body fat. We all have it. It’s actually good to have some, but when life gets in the way and we can’t exercise, or we’ve been traveling a lot and not making the best food choices…whatever the reason, we all tend to get to that point where we realize our bodies have been storing excess fat that we actually don’t need. Or maybe we do, so we can make better choices in the future. The thing is, once we make that realization, releasing that fat can still be such a chore. That’s why I channeled this 6-minute light language for releasing stored fat from your body. Before I sat to channel this one, I channeled Yeshua, and then I set the intention that his light language would release the stored body fat of the listener. Yeshua was the obvious choice for this one, as he was known for being in pretty good shape. He also was known for fasting, and while most of us don’t fast, that fasting energy certainly did come through in this light language transmission.
