Expanding the Present ∞The Pleiadian High Council of Seven

“We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.

There is no time like the present. There is no time. There is only the present. So what is the purpose then of having the sense of a past and a future in your consciousness? How does it serve you to focus on these realities while being in the only moment that really exists? Well, for one thing, it gives you the illusion that there’s something that needs to be done, and that keeps you busy.

So the concept of linear as you understand it is in many ways a means by which you are kept active, productive, and good little citizens. There is no real need for you to examine anything other than what you are feeling in the moment, but that is not something you are taught is very important at all. Think about how much history is emphasized in school and how little your feelings are discussed in the same institution.

So how then do you break free from what is clearly not serving you? How do you break free from the idea of time? You do so by relaxing into the present moment and feeling your feelings. Now the tricky part of this is keeping your mind from getting bored. You see, your mind really likes thinking about the past and the future. Your mind feels those realities are more interesting. So what you need to do is quiet your mind and give your mind something to focus on.

Focusing on the present moment can be interesting for your minds if you allow for your minds to focus on the depth that is available. In other words, if you tune yourself in to the present moment and you recognize that you are feeling a little bit of anxiety, well then, the mind simply wants to label that experience as anxiety and move on. But if you can convince yourselves and your physical minds that there is depth to exploring that anxiety, then you can really get somewhere.

There is an experience of expansion that you can have, when you focus yourselves, that is similar to the idea of past and future. So it also serves you very well to focus on the feeling of the present moment expanding. Play around with this, and see how much fun you can have.
