“We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.

Yes. So when you focus on something that is within your frequency range, you are adding to the momentum of the vibration. You are helping that which you are focusing on to expand. When you are focusing on something that is outside of your frequency range, you are giving yourselves the opportunity to expand yourselves.

It doesn’t matter whether what you are focusing on is vibrating at a higher frequency or a lower frequency. You are still giving yourself an experience, and that experience is causing you to expand. This is why there is no right or wrong. There is no good or bad. Anything and everything can serve you and does serve you.

Many of you worry about slipping into a lower frequency range and creating something that you don’t want, but we say to you that you cannot lose. You cannot help but expand into more of who you are, no matter what you are focused on. But you do have a choice. You can choose to expand joyously or you can choose to expand through pain, suffering, and anguish.

Sometimes you are going to choose the painful route, and that is okay. That is still a choice for an experience, and you will always bring yourselves back to the neutral space, the space where you can choose what it is that you want to focus on. Your expansion is inevitable. It is occurring all the time. You offer your vibration from within yourselves, and that which is a match to your vibration cannot help but find its way into your experience.

This is how you explore. This is how you find new ways of expressing yourselves, and this is how you take yourselves to the new experience of reality that you all want to have. We do suggest that you choose consciously what you focus upon.

We do suggest that you choose consciously your path, and we also invite you to recognize that no matter what you choose, you are still going to be Source Energy, exploring Source Energy, and the end result will always be the expansion of Source Energy. How you do it is up to you. Whether you enjoy it is up to you. So do focus consciously and deliberately, and expand into that which has never been experienced before.
