“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
Practice is a necessary component in holding a vibration. Practice is an essential part of mastery. If you want to experience mastery in some domain, you participate in it. You don’t expect mastery to just come to you. And when it comes to the vibration that you offer, it is quite significant. Your ability to access a vibration and hold that vibration is like any other ability. It is like a muscle. When you use it, it gets stronger.
You become stronger, more precise in your offering, and more adept at determining your vibration when you spend more of your time playing with your vibration. It is very similar to playing a musical instrument, especially the ones with strings. The strings vibrate. You can see and even feel their vibration. It is as easy for you to activate a vibration as it is for you to pluck one of those strings.
But holding the vibration can be the tricky part. It requires attention, focus, and a desire to stay in that vibration. You can give yourselves any experience that you want. It is completely up to you. If you want to experience a particular vibration, then give it your attention, but also let go. Let go of any attachment or expectation around the offering of that vibration.
Play with your vibration for the joy of the experience and to demonstrate to yourselves that you are in fact masters. It is easier than you think. Most of you haven’t even begun to explore this domain. So here is your invitation.
Feel the vibration you are offering right now. Familiarize yourself with it, and as you do, you will find it easier to access that particular vibration in the future. If you don’t want to activate the vibration you are offering, it is also important for you to know what it feels like. It is important for you to know where you feel it and access it within yourself.
You are beings of energy who are always offering a vibration. Practicing holding a vibration is like getting to know yourself.
We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.”
