There is a large segment of the human population that is undergoing personal upgrades and shifts. You all get to decide exactly how and when you experience these upgrades and shifts. So even though you are going through an ascension process as a collective, you are not all in the same phase.

Some are holding space while others are having their transformations. Others are holding the lower frequencies that are necessary in a system of duality. That is very important for you to recognize when you see these beings who are acting out in a myriad of ways on your world. They are necessary, and they are doing their jobs.

You, on the other hand, are consciously doing your jobs by allowing yourselves to experience everything and by shifting your consciousness deliberately because you want to maintain a higher frequency. And, of course, you are also receiving assistance from the higher realms. We are aware of each and every one of you, and we are assisting whenever and wherever possible.

But you will experience your shift yourself. Therefore, none of us in the higher realms can tell you what to expect. We can’t because we don’t know. We don’t know how you will respond to something. That is where you come in, and that is the fun part of the experience.

The most important thing you could do during this time is to choose to respond in a way that is a reflection of your highest and best intentions. And when you do, you will find the shift to be not only easy but also enjoyable.
