How to Create Your Reality ∞The Founders

“By tuning yourselves to a particular frequency, you achieve a state of being that brings you everything associated with that particular frequency. You are giving yourselves over to all experiences that are possible within that frequency.

Now, of course, you have your individual desires. And those individual desires create your ability to find what it is you are looking for within that ,which comes to you. You literally create the reality that you desire to experience with your perception.

So someone else holding the same frequency with different desires will manifest a reality that is tailored to that particular individual and the desires they hold. So it is wise for you to think about your desires and to access them. You may even wish to decide in this moment what your desires are, because they may not be the same desires that you held five minutes, or five weeks, ago.

Then, of course, there is the finding of the frequency. And many of you are curious about that. Finding a frequency is no different than feeling how you want to feel. But if you want to tune yourself to the frequency, then pay attention to more than just the physical sensations in your bodies. Pay attention to the tone that you are holding.

Now, by tone we don’t necessarily mean sound, even though you are always making sounds, whether you hear them or not. We are talking about tone in the way that you would say a movie has a particular tone. It is something that you can discern because you are able to see the nuance, and feel it, in everything and in every situation.

You do know how to find these feelings and these tones, but your mind may tell you that you do not. So use your mind to catalog your desires, and use your hearts to find the frequency that you want to hold and that you want to create your reality with. And then let the universe do what it does.
