You jump around from moment to moment, based on the vibration you are holding. The vibration of your present moment determines what you remember as your past, and it puts you on a course to one particular future. But your course changes with your vibration, and your vibration changes with your awareness.

If you want to have a different way of experiencing your reality, begin with your awareness of your present moment. As you let go of your past and you accept whatever future comes, you are able to relax into the present moment, to take stock of your vibration, and to exist as all moments at once.

From that awareness, you choose. You choose which reality you want to experience next. And we promise you, it does not have to be in alignment with what you have experienced and what you think of as your past. Your now moment, your present reality, contains everything that you need. And your awareness within it is the ultimate power and is the metaphysical time machine.
