Being a Responsible Human ∞The Creators

“Before you take on any sort of responsibility for another, make sure that you have been responsible to yourself. The person who is responsible for you is you and you alone. You are not responsible for any other, their well-being, their emotional state, their ability to take care of themselves. These are not your responsibilities. However, when you have taken care of yourself, when you have been responsible to yourself and for yourself, you then have the opportunity to be of service and to benefit others.

It is your choice to help and to serve others but not your duty and not your obligation. It is one of the ways in which you can know yourself as Source Energy, as creator being, as unconditional love. And so we appreciate all that you do for one another, and all of the ways in which you hold space for each other. We also appreciate the work that you are willing to do on yourselves to put yourselves in a position where you can be of service.

It is not that you must be of service. It is that you cannot help but be of service, and you can have the experience of yourselves as beings of service. And that is a wonderful experience to have. But everyone is capable of taking care of themselves, and when you give them the credit that they deserve for being able to take care of themselves, take care of their problems, take care of their own frequencies, then you hold them in the esteem that Source does.

You cannot ever disconnect from another, but you can release each other from cords of dependency. You can remove the entanglements that you have created with some, and instead you can offer your frequency as a being of service to all of the collective, to receive whatever benefit that you can bring to their lives, all the while knowing that they are fully capable of taking care of themselves. And that is how we recommend that all of you co-exist as equals, as sovereign beings, as the fully capable, fully responsible, fully loving aspects of Source that you all are.”
