Establishing a Frequency Within You ∞The Pleiadian High Council of Seven

“We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.

If you have ever established a frequency within yourself, then you have everything that you need to know. You have all the tools. You have all the skills. You can create whatever reality you would like to experience.

If you have not ever established a frequency within yourselves, purposefully, then now would be a very good time to begin doing so. So what do we mean by this, you might wonder. We are talking about deliberately manipulating your own frequency to vibrate in harmony with that which you wish to perceive and experience in your world.

So the first thing that you really need to understand is that it is always an inside job. You go within for this particular task. There are no action steps involved. It is simply about your intention to vibrate at a particular frequency and your willingness to poke around inside of yourself until you locate that frequency. And then the only thing left for you to do is to hold that frequency for as long as your heart desires.

This type of exercise is its own reward, and it is best not to be focusing specifically on one thing that you want to experience or perceive in your life. It is best if instead you allow that which you wish to perceive or experience to inspire you to hold the same frequency of it. Once you do this, it is also a very good idea to just let it go and get on with living your life.

If you are expecting an instant manifestation, and will only be pleased if you experience that, you will lose faith and you will stop playing this little game. So do it for the joy of the experience. Do it because holding a frequency of joy is in fact its own reward. Do it to demonstrate to yourself that nothing outside of you is more powerful than you are when it comes to the frequency you are holding.

Once you make that demonstration to yourself, you can live freely and without fear, because you will know for certain that you are a powerful creator being. The most powerful creation of all is your own frequency state. Your state of being changes everything. And once you witness the change within yourself, then you become less attached to things outside of you changing, and that is precisely when they can, and they do, and they will.
