Self-Sabotage. It shows up in our thoughts, eating habits, words, relationships, choices, and in so many other ways. Self-Sabotage occurs because we are aware that we have a problem, a tendency towards doing it, but we don’t know how to break the cycle. That’s why I channeled this light language transmission of just under six minutes. How Do Light Languages Work?

A light language is uniquely encoded with energy that activates what we want and de-activates what no longer serves us. You just sit back and listen, and the channeled energies working through the language of light do the rest. Some people think that light languages are to be understood with our minds, but I know from experience that they are just to be felt, to be allowed to wash over us and transform us with their high-frequency vibration.
