Why Is Self-Love So Important?
Self-Love is the foundation for living a happy life. With it, we can have a healthy relationship with ourselves and others. Without it, we tend to go looking outside of ourselves for love from others, and they aren’t always capable of giving it to us. Even when they are, that love can be conditional and/or fleeting. That’s why self-love is so important. I believe that we are born loving ourselves and others, and that throughout the course of our lives, we are taught not to love ourselves for a variety of reasons and due to a variety of life circumstances.
Then we build these blockages in and around our hearts, blockages that prevent us from fully loving ourselves. That’s why I channeled this light language…to release those blockages to accessing the self-love that always exists at our core, but that can get smothered by blocks that we learn to put in place from society, loved ones, and even family members. Why Is Self-Love So Important?
