This Is a Relaxation Exercise that Will Ready You for Any Stressful Event in Life
I’m so happy to offer this wonderful Relaxation Exercise I’ve developed as a result of the channeling lessons and classes I have taught over the years. It’s just under 11 and a half minutes in length, and it can be used to induce the channeling state, but it could also be used to help you fall asleep, prepare for a stressful event you’re about to experience or a difficult person that you’re about to encounter. Relaxation is also a major key to manifestation. If you’re relaxed, you can allow healing in, energies in, opportunities in, and anything else you would want to manifest into your life. Joy!
When Does It Serve You to Experience This Relaxation Exercise?
Obviously, you can use this exercise when you’re feeling anxious or stressed out, but it’s also a useful tool to have in your toolkit when you want to get your day started off on the right foot. That’s why I recommend listening to this recording first thing in the morning and/or right before you go to bed. Let the troubles of the world fade away as you listen and drift off to sleep. Love <3
