Toxic relationships. They can come in many shapes and sizes, and not all of them are experienced in our romantic love lives. The very first relationships we have with our parents and siblings can certainly be toxic. Relationships we develop with our friends, schoolmates, co-workers, bosses, and extended family members can also be toxic. We tend to keep creating similar dynamics in all of these relationships because there is something within us that needs to be healed, possibly something we brought forward with us from one or more past lives. That’s why I created this 10-minute sound healing, which is a downloadable mp3 file that you can listen to on any device. I held the intention that the sounds created by my crystal bowl playing, along with the tones and overtones that I channeled, would all carry the vibration and energy necessary to the listener to heal all the traumas inflicted by these negative experiences we’ve created with others.
