Channeling Ophelia – Your Comfort Zones
“Hello. I am here. I am Ophelia. My intention today is to give you a warm, long, big hug. And I will sprinkle in some faerie wisdom.
Take yourselves out of what you call your comfort zones. It is only by putting yourselves out there that you will ever truly give yourselves the opportunity to integrate. To know and to be all aspects of yourselves requires you to acknowledge them publicly. If you hide away in safety and in comfort, then what is waiting to be expressed, what is waiting to be felt and integrated will fester beneath the surface. It will grow, and it will come out in even less comfortable ways.
So be willing to be a little uncomfortable. And know that by exposing yourselves, you are giving yourselves the opportunity for unconditional self-love. For if all you ever do is present yourselves in the ways that you are comfortable with, you will never grant yourselves the opportunity to truly be your whole selves and to love the totality of who you are.
It is through your interactions with others that so much can be revealed. This message is not about breaking through barriers to success in whatever way you define success to be. It is about being willing to acknowledge aspects of yourselves that up until now you would rather just hide away and not look at.
So the way that I would encourage you to define success is that willingness to put yourselves out there in front of others in a way that challenges you and that takes you out of that comfort zone. And no matter what happens, no matter what the results of that endeavor are, if you give yourselves compassion and self-love, then you will have succeeded.
And you will encourage others to do the same, and there will be an avalanche of compassion felt by everyone, for themselves, for each other. Because you will all recognize how challenging it was to put yourselves out there, to expose that which is not in your comfort zone.
I want you to start with something small. Certainly do not reach for your biggest fear. Just acknowledge that there are things you would do and say in front of others that would take you out of that comfort zone, and find the one that feels ready, that you feel ready to expose. Stay in your hearts. Stay focused on the goal, and let yourselves be who you are.”
