Channeling Ophelia – Self-Expression

“I am here. I am Ophelia, bringing you a little bit of my frequency. I enjoy this very much. It is my pleasure to share who I am with all of you. You have more to share with this universe than many of you are willing to acknowledge. But now is the time for you to practice self-expression.

You are here, having this experience, because being the unique version of Source Energy that you are is a significant contribution. But you have a choice as to how you express yourself. You can share your writing, your artwork, your music, your ideas, your inventions, even your sense of style, or you can hold them all back.

But when you seek to engage with new energy, to have new experiences, you must first be willing to express the energy of the current moment, the energy of this version of you. And therefore, your willingness to express yourself opens doorways. It allows a continuous flow.

Many of you are so used to downplaying your contributions, muting your gifts, and even diminishing yourselves as individual beings, that the idea of self-expression is one that you do not even consider on a daily basis. I want you to consider it on a moment-to-moment basis. I want you to consider how you do everything, everything, as an expression of who and what you are.

I encourage you to give your impression, put your spin on something, give your experience the fullest expression possible. You have only to express the energy that is inside of you to allow something new. Many of you are wanting new experiences, new adventures, change, and everything else that goes along with being in the midst of a transformation. And I am giving you the recipe.

Express who you are, express where you are, be bold, be willing to put yourselves out there, if for no other reason than you want to make room for new energy to be expressed, to be felt, to be downloaded by you. I am excited to see what all of you express.
