A Natural Opening – Ophelia the Faerie

“I am here. I am with you.

There is an opening that occurs in every one of you when you allow yourselves to sit quietly with no distractions. This opening is in your crown chakra. It is a very natural state for all of you to be in. And were it not for the fast pace of your lives and all of the other distractions that you have, you would find yourselves in this open and receptive state more often than you currently do.

This is not something that you need to visualize. It is not something that you need to try to achieve. It is a natural thing that occurs when you sit quietly, comfortably, and relaxed. Think about all of the things that you are bombarded by in your world on a day-to-day basis and how often you are contracting to remain in your own energy field, to remain safe, to keep that which is unwanted out.

This is an unnatural reaction to your world, but it is one that you have learned from those who have come before you. It is always fear that causes you to contract and always love that allows you to open. Love is your natural state of being. It is who and what you are. As you allow yourselves more of this open, receptive state of being, you will find that many of the answers that you have been seeking simply come to you. When you slow yourself down energetically and physically, and especially mentally, you allow yourselves to catch up.

That may seem like a paradox, but it is only because you keep moving at your frenetic pace that you find yourselves never truly able to catch up. So my recommendation is to slow down, to sit, to be comfortable and relaxed, and then to notice. Notice how you feel. Notice where your thoughts go. Allow your thoughts to go there, but do not follow them. Bring your attention back to your center, to your core.

Remember, you don’t have to make this happen. You don’t have to visualize the opening. You don’t even have to put your attention on it. Just trust me. Take my word for it. It is happening. It is there. You will find that your relationships shift as you do this more and more. Your relationship to yourself, your relationship to others, and your relationship to your world will become one of sharing and of easy give and take. You will not feel like you are struggling or like anyone else is trying to take something from you or give you something you don’t want.

All because you stopped, you slowed yourself down, and you opened yourselves naturally to the energy flow that is always there and always available.
