“In the process of losing your identity, you will find that there are aspects of you that you would like to cling to. There are parts of you that feel more attached to the version of you that you have been than others. You have a range of frequency that you operate in as the being you are now. So some of your aspects operate at the lower end of the spectrum and other aspects operate at the higher end. And this is not a judgment here. Higher and lower – these are not words that are meant to make you feel that higher is better and lower is worse. They are words that have no judgment attached to them, inherently.
So, getting back to our little story. The aspects of self that have a lower frequency are more likely to want to cling. There is something about the nature of those aspects that perpetuates itself. When something is lower in frequency, it is harder, it is more dense, and therefore, less malleable. So they are less interested in change. They are less interested in becoming something new and different. So recognize this in yourself when you feel that some of your lower frequency aspects are coming up to be cleared. Notice how they like to dwell in the past, how they like to talk in circles, how resistant they are to anything other than their own perspective.
And do everything in your power to send these aspects of yourself a transmission of love, because they are just doing what they were created to do. They are not trying to drag you down or keep you nailed to your third and fourth dimensional frequency ranges. It is only through love that you transform. It is only through the acceptance and the love for that which you consider to be lower frequency, lower in density, the less-enlightened perspective, the less-enlightened behaviors. All of them that you have transcended or are transcending are still aspects of Source, and therefore, worthy of your love. They are not to be kicked aside or demeaned or diminished in any way.
They are experiences, which are fundamentally neutral. And it is your desire for this incarnation to let all of them be exactly what they are, to love them, and to know that they too will experience a transformation at the appropriate time. But you can see yourself as a whole being, containing those aspects, and still choosing to vibrate where it is that you wish to vibrate, to have the experiences that you wish to have, and to allow yourself that stripping away of who it is you have been so that you can experience a lighter, a more playful, a more loving version of yourself.”
