Channeling Ophelia – Essence

“I so wish that I could bring all of you the essence of what it is that you are striving for in your lives. I wish I could package it up and put a nice, lovely bow on top. And then I could give you the essence, and then you could see that the essence of what you want is not attached to anything or anyone.

It is not attached to any location or any circumstance. The essence of what you are striving for simply is. You have the ability to ferret out the essence of what it is that you feel you need in this life, and once you do that you can have it. You can bypass all the steps, and you can manifest the essence of your desire immediately.

You are all so used to doing things the old, third-dimensional way, where there is time and there is effort, and there is struggle, and striving. And then finally, you get what it is you want. But that is the old way of doing things, and that is why you are finding it more and more difficult to proceed in that manner.

We don’t want you to think that the essence is somehow less exciting or less satisfying than ‘the real thing.’ The essence is the thing. And once you can admit that to yourselves, you will feel a weight has been lifted. It is the weight of attachment. The essence is free. The essence is all around you. The essence is inside of you.

It is infinite. It has no beginning and no end. It is not complicated. In order for you to find the essence of what it is that you desire, you simply must quiet your mind. You must put yourselves in a comfortable, receptive position, and you must seek the essence in your hearts.

The essence of what you want does have a flavor. It does have a feeling. It does evoke a response, physically. I want you to boil everything down that you think you need to its essence. Find the flavor, and be willing to share the essence. Be willing to give it away. Know that it is always available to you. There is no jealousy. There is no hoarding. There is only infinite exploration of it. I invite to your infinite joy and satisfaction.
