Check Your Frequency First
“Once you are accustomed to a certain vibration, you may feel that you have no awareness of when you are in it. And this is often the case for many of you. You have a set point at which you operate in most situations. For instance, you may have a certain frequency that you access when you work, your job, whatever it is you do…running your business, whatever. That is a vibration that is so familiar that in order for you to consciously shift to another vibration it takes quite a bit of awareness.
So ask yourselves, ‘How do I feel about going to work today?’ ‘How do I feel about performing this task that I am supposed to perform?’ ‘How do I feel about taking on this task that I may not have to do, but would certainly result in the financial benefits that I seek?’ Those are important questions to ask yourselves. When you are aware of how you feel about these duties that you have taken on, then you are able to focus yourself into a place of higher frequency state.
That is the goal here. The goal here is to move your frequency, not to move your body to another place that has a higher frequency, but to allow yourselves to shift internally so that the outside world can reflect to you that new frequency you are offering. It is to your benefit to see all of your life as an opportunity to shift yourselves into the frequency state you desire. And doing so requires awareness, and a desire to feel something different than what you have been feeling.
You also must take a moment or two to access a different frequency. And this may seem like a difficult task in itself, given the amount of things you have decided you must do. But it is so important for you to choose the frequency you want to exist in, no matter what it is you are doing, who it is you are doing it with, and for how long. So pay attention when you punch your timecard, and make your mission statement that you are going to find a way to enjoy what it is you are doing.”
