In this beginners channeling class of just under two hours, I delivered a lecture on everything I’ve come to know about channeling, including several tools I use every day. I then led the class through three exercises designed to introduce them to their guides, write for the them, tone for them, and then speak for them! There was also a little time for questions and answers. Best beginners’ class yet! Enjoy <3
