Toxic masculinity. It’s become sort of a buzz term in today’s society. We in the new age call it ‘the lower masculine.’ Whatever you call it, we all know what it feels like. It’s that violent, aggressive, dismissive of feelings, type of energy that usually erupts in rage, or is about emotional and verbal abuse of those smaller and weaker than the masculine being (not necessarily male, but usually) who is exhibiting these traits. And what about the toxic/lower masculine energy in me and you, in all of us? It’s still inside each of us, even though we don’t always feel it or let it up to the surface. I do believe it’s tied to the ego and the survival instinct that we once needed to survive during harsh conditions, but we no longer need in our day-to-day lives today. So what do we do about it then? How do we release and clear the lower masculine energy in ourselves, in others, and in society? I know this light language will help! Love <3

I channeled the Lyran High Council for this one. I’ve only channeled them a handful of times, but I wanted to bring their energy through to give all of you a taste of what else is out there in the galaxy for us to learn from and better ourselves with. It’s the protector; it’s the aspect of us that takes necessary actions, speaks up for ourselves, sets healthy boundaries and limits, and expresses emotions appropriately.
