Sexual abuse. It’s hard to even write those words. That’s how challenging this subject is for most of us. It’s something we’re hearing more and more about on our world today, as that which has been in the dark and the shadows has come to the light to be healed. That’s what this 10-minute sound healing is all about. I played one of my crystal bowls while channeling tones and overtones, all with the intention of releasing the trauma we experience when we fall prey to an abusive human. Sexual abuse is perhaps the hardest to heal from, as we feel that our innocence is taken from us in those moments, but I know that this sound healing can and will help you to release the traumas you have stored in your chakras, field, and cells. It’s never too late to heal from trauma, and the truth is, most of these traumas are from previous lifetimes. So we can heal multidimensionally and throughout all time and space when we set that intention. Love <3

This is one that you can listen to once, or several times, depending on how deep your feelings from the sexual abuses you’ve experienced run. If you have certain experiences in your life that trigger your feelings of being abused, then definitely use this one to comfort you after those experiences, or to ready yourself for future experiences that you know will be challenging by listening before you know you’re going to be triggered. Life is complicated and can be very hard to navigate, and this sound healing is a tool you can always use to help you get through the most challenging aspects of your life experience: your sexual trauma. Not all traumas come at the hands of another person, and not all of the negative programming we’ve experienced was meant to traumatize us, but yet, here we are.
