Loneliness. We’ve all felt it. Some of us have felt more of it since awakening and becoming a lightworker in this lifetime because of how hard it can then be to relate to anyone who isn’t awake, and that list of people usually includes all or most of our family members. That’s why I channeled this 10-minute sound healing. I channeled the tones and overtones in this sound healing while playing a crystal bowl, and I infused the tones and sounds produced with the intention to purge those feelings of loneliness from your chakra, body, and energy field so that you can open yourself up to having more positive, deep, and meaningful connections with other people. Sound is one of the most (if not the most) powerful healing modalities that we have today on planet Earth, and I know that this sound healing will release all those lower-vibrational feelings from your being-ness.
