The speeding up of the energy that you experience on your world is a part of the evolution of consciousness that you and all other beings in this universe are experiencing. You cannot compare what has been possible and the timeframe that it has been possible in to what you are experiencing in the here and now.

But it only takes a moment for you to shift your experience in a way that will have a profound impact on your next experience, and that is what we want you to understand. This is a game that you are all playing with yourselves, and the rules have just changed dramatically. They can be utilized to give you the experiences that you want to have, or they can have the opposite effect if you are not paying attention.

But not to worry, because anything that you create in your lack of attention can be just as quickly undone. So that is something else to take into consideration when it comes to these faster moving energies. You don’t need to worry about any sort of damage that you could do in your lack of attentiveness to your own vibration.
