“The way that you leave your mark on something is the most important part of your participation in it. There are so many different ways of doing and of participating in all of the activities that you engage in. You have the opportunity to infuse that which you are into every single one of the things that you do.

When you decide that you will participate in some activity, instead of wondering what the outcome will be or how you will benefit, ask yourself what stamp you want to put on it. It truly is not about what you do. It is about how you do it.

You are vibrating at a particular frequency. That vibration is yours and yours alone. Therefore, you are the only one who can put your unique mark on something. You are the only one who can infuse your energy into that which you engage with.

Know that when you compare what you have done with what another has done, you are usually only looking at the finished product. But if you ask yourself whether you have infused that which you are into your project or your activity, you will see it in a new way and you will have a deeper appreciation for yourself and that which you have done.

When you find yourself analyzing another’s work, you may wish to do the same. Feel for the energy that has been infused in it, and ask yourself whether or not the person successfully put their stamp on the finished product. And if they have, then it is a success. For they have allowed the uniqueness of their vibration to echo through whatever it is that they have done and that has given Source another opportunity to know itself.
