Minor Frequency Adjustments
“The attempts at adjusting your frequency are never wasted. You are always making some sort of impact when you go about the task of tuning in to what it is you are feeling and making your attempts to adjust that frequency. You will discover that every time that you put forth the intention to do this it will become a little bit easier. You have a saying that practice makes perfect. We agree that practice will improve this particular activity, and you will improve your overall frequency just by making the conscious decision to do so.
You see, it is not like the physical world and your attempts to manipulate matter by moving things around with your hands and with your tools. It is much easier than that, because now you are working in a different realm. You are working with energy, and energy is not so dense as matter. So it is much easier for you to manipulate. There is not as much time and effort involved. And unlike the physical matter that you move around and then witness the results of that labor, with energy you may not be able to see the fruits of your labor, so to speak.
So that’s why we are giving this to you now, because we want you to understand that just because you don’t see an immediate result of this practice of adjusting your frequency, the effects are in fact immediate and long-lasting and far-reaching. You are making these adjustments every time that you wish to have a lighter experience of your world.
You needn’t sit for long periods of time with the same type of effort that you usually put forth when you want to make a difference in your reality, in your world. You can do these adjustments in a split second, and they can have a much bigger impact than many hours of your physical action.
So we suggest taking that approach for now. Don’t make it into something that feels hard or laborious or time-consuming. Instead, put forth the intention to make several, little, itty-bitty adjustments per hour. Remind yourselves if you need to. We just want you to get into the habit of paying attention to what your frequency is and intending to shift it, even a little bit. You are always shifting your frequency, whether you know it or not, but this process gives you the opportunity to shift it consciously.”
