“Sending out the frequency that is most reflective of the reality that you would like to experience is what we would consider to be the most important aspect of living your lives right now as humans on this planet. There is no better use of your time. We know we have said this before, and we will keep saying it, because we like it when you hear it again and again and again and then finally let it sink in.
You were taught many things in your years as students in school. And many things that you were taught you did not remember initially. You had to be told to study for an exam, and then after you passed that exam, you may have forgotten everything. And so you may had to have relearned everything that you learned before so that you could move on.
That is what we are doing here as your teachers. We are giving you information many times, in many different ways, from many different angles, because in order for you to move on, you must not only remember, but you must also incorporate that which we are giving you. So then it will be necessary for you to take what we are giving you out of pure philosophy and put it into the nuts and bolts of your experience.
When you want to accomplish something in your physical world, you tend to take a certain approach to that activity, and that approach may be one that you have taken many times before. Let us take the example here of brushing your teeth. We assume that all of you brush your teeth, and it is something that you have done so many times that you do not need to think about what is necessary for you to accomplish that task.
You simply decide that, ‘It is time to brush my teeth,’ and then you go to where the toothbrush is, and you take out whatever it is you put on the toothbrush and you put that on the toothbrush, and you brush your teeth, and you spit, and all of the things that you do to make sure your teeth are shiny and clean.
We want you to take the same approach to offering your frequencies. We want you to do it so consistently and automatically that it is not something that you feel that you need to remind yourselves of, or that you need to write it down and place it on your bathroom mirror so that when you are brushing your teeth you can see, ‘Oh yes, also, I want to clean my vibration.’
We are playing with you a little bit here, but not really, because you may hear something a thousand times before you put into action that which you know is true. So make this a regular part of your routine: the awareness of your current vibration, the willingness to feel that vibration, the desire to offer a different vibration, the tuning of yourselves to that vibration, and the holding of that vibration. It is that simple. It is that easy. And it will keep you shiny and clean.”
