Playing in the Mud – The Hathors
“Elevating your frequency has never been much of a mystery to you. It is not as though you have a challenging time knowing how to do it, or what to do in order to achieve a higher frequency state. That has never been an impediment to all of you. You have an intuitive knowing of what will bring you in a higher frequency state.
But sometimes you feel stubborn. Sometimes you feel more attached to being right or to having something your way than you do to getting your frequency in a place where everything goes your way. So what do you do when you are being your own worst enemy? We recommend that you allow yourself those times when you do want to stay stuck in a lower frequency state.
We also suggest that you do not beat yourselves up for wanting to have these experiences, that you feel no regret for having spent some time being childish, stubborn, pigheaded, and all the other expressions you have for this phenomenon. We want to let you all to know that these episodes are not indicators that there is something wrong with you or that you are not making your way to the fifth-dimensional frequency. That is assured at this point.
We just want you to recognize that this is what you are doing, so you don’t believe in the idea that it is hard to raise your frequency or that you don’t know how to do it. Because those beliefs are detrimental to you, and they are simply defense mechanisms that you employ so that you can maintain that lower frequency a little longer without feeling any guilt, without feeling that it is your choice, your decision.
We want you to take ownership of whatever frequency you are offering. Own it. Claim it. Do not be ashamed of holding it. It is part of your experience. It is part of why you came to this particular reality. You are multi-dimensional beings, having many different experiences all at once.
So do not see these lower-frequency experiences as bad or wrong and admonish yourselves for having them. Be able to laugh at yourselves for this playing in the mud that you all sometimes do. It is quite all right, quite natural, and all a part of the human experience.
We are The Hathors. We thank you. And we wish you a fond good day.”
